We literally spent 4 hours in the hotel so its difficult to give an accurate review. Bathroom is adequate and rooms are small but comfortable. The noise levels from neighboring rooms is fairly audible. Reception was friendly and helped with our taxi. Will have to give it another try!

An above standard hotel in close proximity to all attractions, nightlife and transport stops needed to spend an enjoyable few days in Heraklion. We had a room which overlooked the main road however were not overly disturbed by any road or airport traffic noise. The balcony overlooking the road left a little to be desired (no tables or chairs and... More

We stayed only one night on our tightly scheduled intinery. We spent quite a while finding the place as Google Map somehow 'edited' address and pointed us the wrong way. But when we finally find the hotel, we were met with warm welcome from the staff, which was very soothing. It is not a luxury place, but clean and comfortable.... More

We needed a hotel close to city and airport for late arrival and departure at the beginning and end of our holiday to Crete. This fitted the bill and gave us a comfortable stay and an opportunity to explore a little of the city of Heraklion. Our late arrival (1.30am) was no problem and our keys and room were ready.... It's a good place for one or two nights. It's very well located, but the room it's so basic and small even for two persons. The bathroom has a small shower. The breakfast it's ok for this kind of hotel. The staff is kind and correct. If you have a light sleep you must know that from the hotel you... More

Our family (two adults, two children 8&10) just stayed here for several days. The hotel is very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning had a good variety for all of us. The location was excellent, walking to anything nearby is easy. Our only disappointment was that the "one bedroom" family suite really is a... More

Looks very modern from outside. Inside quite cramped, hardly two people can fit into the elevator. Ceiling very low. Breakfast reasonable with a good choice. Guess its OK for the price. What impressed me most is that 2 ladies are very busy doing almost everything, while many guys are just sitting around.

I have stayed here at 3 different occasions and have been very satisfied. The rooms are modern, clean with very nice bathrooms. It is centrally located and you can walk everywhere from there. It has 24hr reception. Great heating in the winter! I would say it is probably the best hotel in Heraklion with regards to provision and good value... More
