I believe this is a family run business and the owners do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The lovely lady owner brought grapes most mornings to my room buddy and I. The Wifi is good and it offers a roof top area which you can enjoy. Plenty of showers and toilets, a fridge and a kettle... More

Loved the value of this place and its location. Step right from the doorstep into eateries and sights of Heraklion. I stayed in the large mens dorm and as with most hostels lots of men coming in at different hours rummaging around making sleep not happening until everyone finally quiets down after midnight or there abouts. But knowing this is... More

I have been to multiple hostels in different countries and this needs to be the worst ever. The people who were also staying in there were nice and that saved the experience. Also it has an amazing localisation. Otherwise, such lack of hygiene... I mean, we came to realize they didn't change the lower sheet and pillow cover from person... More

I stayed here for one night on way to the airport. The dormitory beds are very affordable and quiet. The bathrooms are clean with hot water. The location of the hostel is convenient, close to the sea and to the Main Street in Heraklion with eating places and museums. It was an easy 5-minute walk to the bus stop with... More

I was paying 10Euro per night when I was staying there 1 year ago. Overall the owner was friendly to me. The doors to the room are open during the day but overall I didn't have any negative experience. I was only sleeping there and was always exploring the city and its surroundings during the day. The bad thing is... More

For the price and location, you can generally ignore the dirty bathrooms and common areas, disgusting fridge and "kitchen", and general lack of security. Just watch out because the doors are wide open during the day (not very secure) but close at midnight. Also baggage hold is 5eur after noon. https://tofollowarrows.wordpress.com/2015/08/13/one-day-in-heraklion-crete-photography/

I don't even know how to begin with... First in the website the room had 8 beds and when we arrived the room had 10. The bunks don't have stairs so you need to get creative to get to your bed. My sheet had holes and stains and my mums sheet had a really big hole in it! Some beds... More

If you want a bed and a shower, that is what you will get here - that is all you will get here. No dishes, no stove nor microwave and no sink to wash dishes. No lounge either. No towels, no drinking water. Just not much of anything. The 8 bed female dorm gives you, literally, 6-8 inches of space... More

This place was definitely an experience.. neither good or bad, just… interesting. I only spent one night here (on the rooftop) and the quality of sleep was not really worth the 12,5€ but at least it was survivable for one night. The rooftop is a bit chilly and noisy (as for most hostels, I recommend extra blankets, earplugs and a... More

This hostel is really quiet, I like it, there are lot of things to do and see nearby in a walk distance, like museums, bars and restaurants, also i liked the price. The things that I didn't like were: The bathrooms and showers could be cleaner, and there are no lockers or a safe place to guard your belongings.
