The holiday was great from start to finish .The flights were good we arrived late afternoon and were made very welcome as soon as we arrived, we had a lovely bedroom, very clean .The room was cleaned and beds made every day, towels changed daily, linen changed every other day. Unhappy with room on arrival as it was extremely small with view of unatractive roof top of adjoining property. The main hotel has a newley built property on the right hand side which basically had ruined the views from the hotel unless you are near the front and high up.I had booked for triple/larger garden view room so got moved... more

The hotel was difficult to find at first because the sign was covered by a bush but the locals lead us the way. The hotel is 10 minute walk to Elounda village where there are lots of restaurants, markets and cafes. The location of the hotel is very good, it's near (5 minutes walk) to the centre of Elounda village. The price of a double room was good, but we didn't know that air conditioning was not included (we paid extra for that) We had not our towels changed for four days (maybe it was a mistake).
