Staff at this hotel were very friendly. We stayed in a jounor suit, 2 rooms one pool. The rooms were well fitted on suit with all you needed, private pool was excellent but main pool was also great. Back at the elounda palm for the third year. Staff were very welcoming and remembered us all. Lovely rooms with great scenic views. Buffet style breakfasts outside every day in very relaxed atmosphere good choice of food to cater for everyone. Lovely pool area never too busy. We will be returning next year all being well More
