The truth is that our experience in this hotel was pretty bad. In fact we had a reservation for three nights and left after the first. We do not tend to be too demanding but in this case there were several downsides to this hotel for its category (4 stars). First the room was extremely noisy. Despite being a junior... More

The hotel is marvelous: great location, beautiful rooms, amazing staff (special thanks to Eva). This is an ideal place to stay in Chania. Don't miss the view from the roof deck, and feel confident in their advice about dining and touring. We loved it there!

Our 2 stays at the MBH were so wonderful. The staff, to a person, were as helpful as could be -- they go the extra mile with restaurant recommendations, with providing delicious breakfast, with their friendliness, and with visitor information. Couldn't ask for more! The rooms were absolutely perfect -- loved the loft bedrooms. Everything was so clean and well-kept. The... More

Very comfortable small hotel with friendly family atmosphere. Our room was very different as split-level but spacious with wonderful view of the closeby harbour. Located near trendy bar area where all the PYTs (including the owners!) hang out. I wouldve preferred a more traditional greek breakfast but staff made sure no one went hungry! They need to find a separate... More

Thanks for a lovely visit to this hotel. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Prior to our arrival they organised a car to pick us up from Chania airport and late midnight check in was no problem. They helped us to book a trip to elefonisi on a coach trip which is recommended. Especially when you stop off at... More

We cannot say enough good things about the Monastery Boutique Hotel, it's owner and staff. Eva arranged a car to pick us up at the airport as well as arranging rental cars to be delivered to the hotel. The owner arranged for a private boat tour to Kissamos Bay/Cove which was out of this world with lunch on board the... More

My wife and me had a very good time in this hotel. The room " Olivia " is downstairs and very comfortable. The beds are good and there is a big badroom. The room is very clean. The service is excellent, also the breakfast. The hotel is nearly the old center and harbour of Chania.

Worth the money. Relaxing. Friendly staff. New and spacious room. Right in the heart of Chania yet quiet. From helping organise day trips to making sure i didn't miss the flight after a big night. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
