This hotel located right next to the beach with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurant along the street. 5 minutes walking distance to Platanias (popular with night crowds) many bars and pubs filled with young & old generation. 3 minutes walking distance to the bus stop to get to Chania town. The bus come every 10 to 15 minutes and it... More

Excellent location on the beach, excellent rooms and complex with bar and restaurant facilities, but most of all is the excellent staff. Made to feel extremely welcome and would highly recommend. Stayed in June 2014 for 9 nights.

We visited Crete first time and we stayed at Atlantida Mare. Hotel has a good location. It took just max.10minutes to walk to Platanias. Hotel´s staff was very friendly, helpful and happy. Everything went well and we have nothing to complain. We can recommed that hotel to everybody. Our room was quite large and clean also. There wasn´t swimming pool... More

This is probably the friendliest hotel I have been too. Dorothy and all the staff were just amazing. We stayed in the superior sea view room and it was clean spacious and had a beautiful view. There is a small kitchen so you can have breakfast if you like. The hotel is situated on the beach, there is a bar... More

This hotel is run by Dorothy Sinanis and her family and the Restaurant and bar by Pedros and his family. We were made feel very welcome and they couldn't have done more to make out holiday experience better. Our rooms were very comfortable and were cleaned every day to an excellent standard. We had our breakfast by the beach every... More

As an experienced budget (note not backpacker), Ive learned to expect the basics when paying on average €30/night; especially in touristic places like Khania . I was greeted with a wide smile and shown to my room (which I expected should have a bed with water for the least-really low expectations based on past experiences) and what was to be... More

AM is a small beach front hotel run by family/owners. First, some facts: AM is very well kept, centrally and convenietly located in the heart of a resort town of Agia Marina. It serves well both travelers with cars and ones using public transportation. It's right on a sandy beach, with gorgeous sunset views (not all rooms) and dicent taverna... More

The hotel is located right on the beach. It has a beach bar where we loved to have breakfast. Staff speaks very good English and they could not be more friendly and helpful. We were surprised to get so much for the money. For a budget hotel price we had a decent, spacious, clean room, sea view with balcony and very... More

Having stayed in this area many times we ended up at this hotel by chance following a disastrous mix up with another hotel. Arriving without a booking at 11.30pm the staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. They speak excellent English and really will do anything to help---even when it is purely for the benefit of the guest... More
