Great little boutique hotel with a fantastic location in the city center (old city) near the habour. I think they had less than 5 rooms... Nice and clean, but fairly basic rooms. But decent value for money. The hotel has no restaurant, but it's super easy to find something to eat as the hotel is basically surrounded by nice restaurants,... more

A lovely place to stay, very non-modernised 'old town' house above a craft and toy shop. We stayed in a twin room with a third bed built above the ensuite shower room accessed via a movable wooden ladder! Brass bedsteads, uneven floorboards and creaky old shutters to keep out the heat of the sun - superb. Don't expect a noise... more

My boyfriend and I stayed four nights in Crete & loved Pension Eva, we were very sad to leave! The Pension is located in the old town of Chania & therefore no traffic noise, we were given a gorgeous room with a balcony & found it very comfortable & homely. A friend and I needed a break to recharge our batteries. We wanted sun, relaxation some good beaches and a comfortable, inexpensive place to stay. Pension Eva in Chania Old Town proved the ideal place. Eva is a 17th century Venetian house one street back from the waterfornt.There are plenty of good restaurants and bars (and a good bookshop )... more
