We highly recommend this place to everyone looking for something special. The managers of La Maison Ottomane Andreas and Alexandra created a luxurious but not overly posh hotel with impressive attention to detail. We enjoyed the attentive and friendly mode of taking care of guests and would certainly choose La Maison again when returning to Chania in the future. Even... More

La Maison Ottomane is perfect in every way - quiet location off the street but less than a five minute walk to the busy harbour. The rooms are exotic yet very comfortable. and there aren't enough superlatives to describe the service! From helping with directions and restaurant recommendations to a fabulous breakfast, to offering afternoon drinks and snacks to finding... More

A quiet boutique hotel in the centre of an ancient trading port, complete with an archaeological dig a few doors away! The care and attention to detail of the owners made it a truly memorable visit, from the setting of the room to advice on great fish restaurants in the neighbourhood. We found the location gave us access to everything... More

We do have a couple of good fish restaurants, don't we? The cuttlefish risotto at Glossitses it almost reason enough to make the trip to Chania. Our pet archeological dig will sadly only last a few months. So glad you enjoyed your stay - hope you will make it back not too long away. A&A More

I m having difficulties to write my review about La Maison Ottomane as my vocabulary is too poor to describe our exceptional in every way stay there. I would only say that La Maison will be the reason to visit Chania again BUT only if there is availability to stay there otherwise there is not point. Our many thanks to... More

Yes, Alexandra's chocolate mousse is quite exceptional... Thank you for the superlative words about our hotel. Chania of course has a lot more to offer than la Maison Ottomane but we are very honoured by how high you place us among its attractions, Cyprus is not far so we hope to welcome you again soon. A tastefully decorated hotel serving an amazing breakfast (great espresso by the way) and close to everything in Chania. But above all a service by Andreas and Alexandra that will make you feeling sorry to leave the place and willing to return as soon as possible. Really a great place.

What a special place. I won't call it a hotel because the owner doesn't—and that comes through in every detail (from the design to the service), which makes you feel at home (or, rather, at the home you wished you lived in!). The location in perfect, providing access to everything you'd want to explore in Chania. Your needs will be... More

I arrived very late in the evening, however I was received very promptly and efficiently. I stayed in the Constantinople suite. I found the room to be very well appointed with various antiques which were also accompanied by modern convinces. The room had a flat screen TV up stairs as well as the lower level of the suite. The room... More
