My husband and I spent 5 wonderful nights in the honeymoon suite. This boutique hotel more then exceeded our expectations! The first night we arrived SOOOO late, I was concerned that there wouldn't be anyone there because we didn't get into Chania until 1am, but the owner and his wife were waiting for us and even brought our bags from... more

This is one of the cutest hotel I've ever lived in. The room was simply phenomenal. The view outside was Gorgeous. The receptionist was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. A hotel that makes you feel at home and yet is so professional. One will never sense commercialism. more

Beautiful room. Great view. Excellent service from crazy "Antonia' and Maria. Loved everything about it including the mystical trip from the taxi to the hotel. Would and will stay there again. more

Casa Leone is more an elaborate bed and breakfast; very personal attention, but no intrusiveness. The location is the best in Chania - we had planned to rent a car and see some other nearby places but decided against it when we realized what an ideal location we were staying in. We stayed in the larger honeymoon suite for 2... more

I can't really add anything that hasn't already been said before. This is a truly wonderful little hotel and you are made to feel that you a special guest or family. They can't do enough for you and it's the little things that sets this place apart. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with it's large balcony overlooking the harbour,... more

Our accommodation lived up to all our expectations (the honeymoon room was very good and comfortable (and quiet!!) - despite my aversion to the garish Murano light fitting!!! . The accommodation is very relaxed and personal and ideally located ( immedially adjacent the local action and only a couple of 100m from free parking) - Antonia is a very special... more

We have already booked to return to this wonderful hotel. Our room had its own private terrace with a stunning view over the harbour to the lighthouse, yet it was entirely private. Our room was beautifully furnished with antiques and there were tea and coffee making facilities provided, as well as a full- sized fridge. The room was spotlessly clean.... more

This is the best boutiqe hotel. the location is most romantic, the rooms are spacious and pretty with beauty in the small details. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, and Antonia is the perfect hostess and friend. A great little treasure that will make your trip memorable. Go to Casa Leone. more

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel occupies a beautifully restored Venetian building right on the old harbour. The location was ideal for us as we did not bother hiring a car for our short stay in Crete and everything we needed was accessible on foot. The shops and restaurants of the picturesque old town are... more

Casa Leone was an exquisite introduction to Crete. Sitting at the entrance to Chania's old Venetian harbor, it provides a magnificent view of today's life and yesterday's waterfront architecture. Picturesque historic buildings spill down the opposite side of the harbor, and looking either direction from our bedroom balcony we saw the buildings of Chania's waterfront gracefully array like elegant great... more
