firstly I would like to add that I have never left a review on any of my holidays, however I feel I should about this awful place......it looked like a prison from the outside........ on arrival ( at midnight) there was a notice pinned to the reception door stating our key is left in the door of our room, after... Futura Hotel is an absolutely phenomenal establishment! It is a very well family-run business that literally goes the extra mile for its customers. Never have I stayed at a hotel with such impeccable service! The pool is crystal clear, large and the perfect setting for family-filled fun. The hotel rooms are very large, I would say around 40m². They actually... More

The rooms are old constructed and the bathroom especially is very old (reminds decade 1980)!!!! The parking is serious problem in this hotel. You need to leave your car outside because there is no space in the hotel parking. In the reception you have to wait because the stuff is not there all the time to help you In my... More

Nice hotel with a good pool area and ok restaurant and pool bar. Clean and spacious rooms in something like a Cardamom Town style design. Friendly and well managed. The area is not well established, but you may find good spots and more relaxed areas. Good value for families, but you might consider having a car available during your stay.

we've been at futura during 28/09/2013 till 06/10/2013, first of all i'd like to say that Mrs, Giorgina, the receptionist, is just LOVELY, she will always ready to help you on everything you need for with her lovely smile, all the staff from the bar to the market were really helpfull and friendly, now, talking about the hotel, the complex... This hotel is certainly not what it appears on the web site. Every chance they get to make money out of you is taken. Even though we were all inclusive it was extra for air conditioning, extra for wi fi, extra for tea or coffee, etc, etc. the drinks are awful and all watered down. Breakfast was the same every... Lovely hotel complex,we stayed a week but we did find it expensive on site which is normalized. The bus route wasn't the same as the time table in reception but I think that's just the Crete way. the rooms we cleaned every day with a good standard. The staff were helpful and welcoming especially the bar team when we arrived... More
