The woman running the hotel could qualify be the rudest, most ignorant and abusive person in Crete! It's a long story... We left a deposit of 30 %, but they booked us on the wrong date, exactly one month later. And we know, for sure, that it was the hotel´s mistake. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the receptionist... More

A cozy and small hotel near everything; the beach, harbour, old town and bus station. Great prices, breakfast included, beautiful rooms and great staff. The minus would be the bathroom: it was a bit dark for my liking. Also the beds were a bit too hard. But hey; who cares. I'm in Chania to explore the city and the island... More

It was hard to find a hostel or budget friendly hotel in Heraklion. I wanted to stay in old town to avoid commuting to and from cheaper hotels. Paid 32€ for a single occupancy room without breakfast. There's 2 twin beds placed end to end as the room is narrow and long - room #406. The room faces the street.... More

We enjoyed a room which opened onto the rooftop patio, which was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to point us in the right direction, giving us advice on how long it might take to get to the bus, the ferry, etc. The location gives great views from the roof and close proximity to the harbor. Restaurants, shops,... More

We wanted to stay in Chania Town in Crete, and we have always loved the street called Theotokopoulou. This hotel is very well located for the town, for car parking and for the old harbour area. We stayed on the top floor and it has wonderful views across the sea and the town. The hotel is comfortable and offers a... More

Stayed mid October and loved the location in old street with restaurants and cafes but still quiet at night. Staff very friendly and breakfast is good with lots of choice including fresh squeezed orange juice. Rooms are on the small size and not all have a balcony. The ones at the back look out on the town wall 2m away.... More

This hotel is a great base for wandering round Chania's old streets, going to eat on the harbour sea front, or wandering round the city walls. All the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was more than adequate and included freshly squeezed orange juice - delicious! We had reserved one of the 2 top floor rooms with a terrace outside... More

My wife and I spent a week here on a bed and breakfast basis and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Chania old town. This is a small, welcoming, family run hotel. The hotel is located on a narrow, rustic street a few yards from the harbour. This is ideal as the pretty street with its' cafes... More

A firm bed is one thing.. a bed, hard as a rock, where there is No give, where you can feel the springs coming through, is quite another. I had to take Melatonin to get to sleep and woke up every morning feeling very bruised on my sides. The pillows? Awful. To wake up tired on holiday isn't what you... More
