Hi, I stayed at Ontas for one night, because Chania is not far from the airport and so it was easy to get there the first night of our Cretan tour. Nicely renovated hotel building is located at east side of old harbour. Room was well furnished, clean and air conditioned, hotel-keeper friendly and helpful. Chania is generally nice place to stay, I really enjoyed it. more

My wife and I stayed in Ontas for four nights in August 2004 and everything was wonderful. I didn't expect such a friendly welcome treating us "tsikoudia" (a very hot local drink). It is a nice building made by stone and wood which redecorated from an old venetian building. The room was spacious,clean and nicely decorated and we were lucky... more
