My wife and I had an excellent stay in this hotel -good value for money, clean, helpful staff and very central. A very well run hotel with simple but good facilities. The manager/owner George is very welcoming and

This is our favourite place to stay in Chania. My 5th visit to Palazzo Duca and the standards are still as high as when they first opened.Just tucked away off the busy Chania harbour, yet so close to the old Venetian town, markets, bus station and many, many, wonderful places to eat. George and his staff are always very gracious and helpful and should be... More

Wonderful place. Fully refurbished in the old style with old elements. Right in the middle of the old town, with the sea breeze just around the corner. They serve breakfast but equally, just step outside and have your breakfast and dinner where your mood takes you in this old Venetian Town. Very helpful staff.

We spent the last 2 nights of our trip in this fantastic little hotel. It's fantastically well located to visit Chania's Venetian harbour. It's a short 10 minutes walk from the bus station, so easily accessible if you come by bus. The staff was really kind and helpful, and the room clean, comfortable and well equipped (with a little kitchenette... More

This is an absolutely amazing small hotel at one of the greatest location in Chania! A bit difficult to access if you have a car (no parking as it is located in a pedestrian alley) but definitely worth the walk from the closest parking location to reach the most beautiful alley at the end of the old harbour! Although we... More

Located right in the heart of the old town, venetian habour, this hotel was converted a few years ago from a house to a high standard. Owner and staff are very helpful and pleasure to deal with. Rooms very comfortable with great views. Breakfast was excellent with good service. It was pretty quite given it's central location.

We've just returned from a week in this lovely hotel and it couldn't have been better! The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very stylish. The breakfasts are all excellent and very good value (and available in the breakfast room, your room or on the roof terrace!). The free wifi is very good, easy to use and fast. As... More

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Clean, stylish and recently refurbished rooms! The bed was amazingly soft and comfortable! The Hotel is located in the heart of Chania, near the harbor and all the must try Restaurants of the City! Not accessible by car but the locals were so friendly that they helped us with the luggage on the first and... More

The Palazzo Duca is brilliantly positioned one street back from the central point of the harbour. It is both quiet and convenient for the restaurants, bars and shops of Chania. The hotel is spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. The quality of the bedding is excellent. I must also mention how delightful and friendly the staff are.... More

We spent four nights at the Palazzo Duca, which is in the old town set just back from the harbour. It is decorated to a good standard, comfortable beds and quality bedding. Our room had a small kitchenette with sufficient equipment to self cater if you were that way inclined but you will need to provide everything else including coffee,... More
