We stopped here on arrival from Chania airport for an overnight on our way to Paleochora and did the same again on our way back. There was someone waiting for us on reception when we arrived at 10:00pm and the cafes and restaurants in the street outside were still open so we could get a bite to eat. The rooms... More

My husband and I have just enjoyed a fabulous 7 night stay at the Palazzo. The location in Chania Old Town couldn't be better if you want a hotel that is incredibly convenient to the Old Town and beautiful harbor, yet much quieter than if you were right in the middle of all the activity. You are literally one street... More

Amazing location. Anastasia and her mother gave us excellent tips only known by the locals. The breakfast was great. The only negative was the weak wifi signal that cannot reach the room and the noise from the local taverns when you want to sleep early with open windows (easily solvable if you like air conditioning). I will visit Palazzo in... More

Very ordinary and bad bfast! Not enough tables so you have to wait and hungry. The noise late night is unberable you just can't sleep! The shower is so tiny that you cant wash you hair well cse there is no space to move your arms! Shocking as you can't imagine a shower like that! If you would like to wake... More

This is our second stay at the Hotel Palazzo in Chania! This visit we were traveling with our two 19 year old nephews. The hotel has an excellent location, excellent service and an awesome breakfast!! My nephew said they had the best bread and marmalade he's ever eaten! The staff helped us get a rental car, helped the boys make... More

This little hotel has a great location in a quiet part of the old town. We had a lovely spacious room, with a big balcony and sea view, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I shall certainly stay there again when I next go to Chania.

Charming receptionist and great breakfast cook Irina stole my heart but I was in a musty room next to reception which was very noisy much of the time, so no naps for me. My bed was very uncomfortable. Water not much more than lukewarm. We lucked out by guessing that we could park in the right spot along the water,... More

We were looking for a small hotel for one night only so we could have a night in Chania and not have to drive back. I stayed at this hotel more by accident than by design as we wanted something central and not expensive so checked trip advisor and found this one! The hotel has a great location on the... More

Great location near port and restaurants. A little noise from clients at nearby restaurants early in night, but stopped at reasonable time. (We had small balcony overlooking the street.) Very helpful staff ( a family-run hotel). Stayed 3 nights, late October and would not hesitate to go again. Weather was perfect: blue skies, maximum temperatures 25-30 C.

We stayed just for one night in July and it was wonderful! Incredible location, charming building, carefully renovated and well-keeped. When we knew from the owner the age of the building and it's origin, we were just shocked... Very-very clean and comfortable accomodation. Would recommend to everyone who are planning a stay in a beautiful Chania and will come back... More
