The hotel is located in our favorite street in Chania, Theotokopoulo. Two blocks from the intense touristic epi centre -which keeps partying till 6 in the morning. Theotokopoulo is a different world, with relaxed atmosphere -but still crowded from breakfast is served till midnight. The best alternatives for accommodation, we prefer, is a room facing the street, with balcony, on... More

We stayed at this small hotel for three nights in early May and enjoyed it. The hotel is well located on a cute street and is only a short walk to the harbor area and all of the shops and restaurants. Our room was fairly large and comfortable, and very clean. Irini and Anastasia were both very nice and most... More

Lovely hotel, Anatasia and Ireni were very helpful and nice. While our room was on the top floor, it was nice and so nice to be by their lovely balcony. The only thing I might mention is that having the food in a buffet style would be so much easier for the person providing the meals, now it is personally... More

We always stay at this charming hotel which has a great location and the loveliest owners. It is such a pretty and friendly place with huge cosy rooms and delightful views from the balconies looking up the street and the mountains or down to the sea. We look forward each year to our stay here and we are greeted like... More

We stopped here on arrival from Chania airport for an overnight on our way to Paleochora and did the same again on our way back. There was someone waiting for us on reception when we arrived at 10:00pm and the cafes and restaurants in the street outside were still open so we could get a bite to eat. The rooms... More

My husband and I have just enjoyed a fabulous 7 night stay at the Palazzo. The location in Chania Old Town couldn't be better if you want a hotel that is incredibly convenient to the Old Town and beautiful harbor, yet much quieter than if you were right in the middle of all the activity. You are literally one street... More

Amazing location. Anastasia and her mother gave us excellent tips only known by the locals. The breakfast was great. The only negative was the weak wifi signal that cannot reach the room and the noise from the local taverns when you want to sleep early with open windows (easily solvable if you like air conditioning). I will visit Palazzo in... More

Very ordinary and bad bfast! Not enough tables so you have to wait and hungry. The noise late night is unberable you just can't sleep! The shower is so tiny that you cant wash you hair well cse there is no space to move your arms! Shocking as you can't imagine a shower like that! If you would like to wake... More

This is our second stay at the Hotel Palazzo in Chania! This visit we were traveling with our two 19 year old nephews. The hotel has an excellent location, excellent service and an awesome breakfast!! My nephew said they had the best bread and marmalade he's ever eaten! The staff helped us get a rental car, helped the boys make... More

This little hotel has a great location in a quiet part of the old town. We had a lovely spacious room, with a big balcony and sea view, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I shall certainly stay there again when I next go to Chania.
