I have spent the last two months in this hotel. Coming to the hotel every night was almost like coming home to an oasis of tranquility in the center of Chania. The staff at Casa Delfino were amazing. They strove to make every moment of my stay a pleasant and stress free as possible. The breakfasts were absolutely lovely with... More

Probably the best place I stayed at in my time on Crete. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is delicious and a good start to the day. It sits cradled in a prime location with in the old city walls. Staff were friendly and attentive. There is no swimming pool but given it's... More

one of my favorites hotels every time i visit Chania...if i want to stay in the city centre! Old venetian building... warm atmpospere...nice and welcoming staff. During summer, breakfast is served in the cosy front yard of the hotel, into tranquillity...you really don't want the day to start! Rooms are really nice... Ask for the suites with jacuzzi, for romantic... More

This hotel was in a fantastic location in the old town. Our room had its own exit to the tiny streets but we never felt too open or lacked privacy. This was the best accommodation in our trip through the greek islands and what a way to finish. Breakfast was ok and the roof top area spa was not working... More

First of all, the pictures do not make any justice to this absolutely beautiful hotel! The hospitality, the service and the food are the best in town. Hands down. All the food is organic and gluten free! I highly recommend the presidential suite. This suite sets the bar very high for luxury travel! This room is on two floors and... More

I will be another reviewer to rave about this place. It was absolutely wonderful! Such charm and history in the building - complete "luxury-boutique" experience. And yes, the staff were wonderful and super serviceable. We didn't have a reservation and called to find out if they had rooms for the night and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they... Wow! Our 5 day stay at Casa Delfino was absolutely the best vacation ever!! From the moment of arrival, we were treated as family. There was nothing the staff wouldn't do to satisfy our needs. THE STAFF: Aris met us at the door, parked our car, carried our luggage to the room and advised us on the history of Chania... More

This hotel was incredibly charming. The helpful staff, beautiful rooms and great location made our off season stay in Crete memorable. We had three rooms -- a triple and two doubles -- and each room was spacious and unique. The triple had a loft and generous living room downstairs (and a bathroom the size of a small nyc apartment) with... More

Everyhting in this hotel is great! The location, the rooms, the stuff, the breakfast! It is located in the heart of the Old city and with a public parking lot in close proximity. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with great products in the bathrooms. The stuff helpful and great at all times. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Delfino for 5 nights. All of the staff were genuinely nice and very helpful. With their suggestions, we were able to dine at some of the nicest and tastiest restaurants in Chania (which were all walking distance from the hotel) and were able to rent a car and do some exploring on our...
