This is an enterprise that promises other things than those they give. The rooms are cheap made. Breakfast is ridiculous. No member of stuff is anywhere around. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. I went there with my son for 4 nights and we left after the first night, running.

Dear Vagelis, I don't care about your rating but more for your lies. You stayed to our Hotel only for 1 night, and that because you begged me (if you remember your booking was for the Villas and not for the Hotel). You didn't left because of the quality (because you begged me also the second day to stay) but... More

The accommodation was on a split level. There were a lot of steep steps, which could be quite dangerous in the middle of the night. The bathroom (which was lovely) was on the lower level, together with the kitchenette, and sofa. The bedroom, desk and TV was on a mezzanine level.

Stayed there 6 nights April-May 2015. Apartment had small lounge/dining area and upstairs bedroom. Bed was big & comfortable, reception staff friendly and its a great location to walk round the port and up into the city. Would stay here again.

A beautiful hotel. Nice rooms with mezzanine. Great place to sleep. Nice people. Bed perfect. In the centre of Chania. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nice walk through the centre of Chania. Close the old harbor. Pay a visit to the Neorio Chania sailing club at the end of the day with a beautiful setting sun! And a good glass... More

My husband and I stayed in the largest room which is charming, modern, wonderfully equipped and kept spotless. In addition to a romantic balcony, a large, private rooftop terrace with an amazing view was a grand bonus!!! In addition to being friendly and professional- they welcomed our dog and cat for our three week stay. The location is also excellent-... More

Me and my boyfriend spent a week in this hotel, in room 101, which is the room we have complaints about. Maybe the others, on the upper floor are better, we don't know. The decoration was nice, there s nothing to say about that. However the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom have a low ceiling with wood beams, if you... More

Great location in the old harbour, outside its crowded part. Clean and tidy, nicely decorated and fully equipped. No reception, no breakfast but professionally run. We stayed in the top floor suite and it had a nice terrace as well

Nice Hotel and good value. Size of rooms small, as usual in much of Europe, but spotless and the location on the edge of the old town is ideal. Check out the strip of cafes along the sea (not the harbour) mostly frequented by locals and not as touristy. Free bikes at a cafe there too! Fortino's best feature if... More

Found it through another friend. A really good choice - especially for couples. Near to the west side of the old port (Neoria); enables the visitor to feel the old city and port. Good and friendly service. Prices reasonable. We have not forget our 3 day getaway. Suggest you book early and discuss on the available rooms. In order to... More
