Nice infrastructure, clean rooms, nice gardens, nice little beach, satisfactory service, rich breakfast buffet, a little bit overpriced for what it offers. Mainly for families, definitely not for couples.

We had perfect family vacation (5 persons) - a week in Candia Park village: Our apartment has a great sea view. Lovely pool area. Friendly staff, quick service. And food is my favourite, it was delicious. I'd like to come back as soon as possible! Huge thanks to everyone there!

After last year's experience, we could not wait to come back! Very relaxing, extremely safe and perfect staff. Kids love it and we feel at home. Everything was perfect! Already planning to visit again next year! Thanks Candia

We had a one-bedroom apartment for a family of 4. Good sized bedroom, main living area big enough to not feel cramped even with the beds made up, and huge balcony. The room was serviced every day. Lovely pool area with gardens and gorgeous views over the bay, and we never had trouble getting sun loungers. Nice pool bar as... More

My mother and I stayed for one week in mid July, thanks to the useful reviews on Trip Advisor! We were not disappointed... the beautiful pink flowers framed excellent views of the Cretan sea, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the private beach offered various water sports if you wanted to be more active than we did on our... I booked a holiday for me and my partner to Candia Park, it was my first time in Greece and after a horrible flight from Manchester arriving to some freaky weather, thunder and lightning, I was worrying that the week would be ruined. However, when we arrived at the hotel it looked beautiful and after a late snack in the... More

Just back from a very relaxing break at candia park village. The views over mirabello bay are fantastic, location is quiet and there's plenty to do or you can just relax. We had a sea view apartment which was well worth the upgrade price ( much cheaper arranged with the hotel than with Thomson). Our room had a large terrace... More

A good resort but overrated. Good amenities, god rooms, sleeping comfort good But cottages lack privacy and are too close to each other. However great views from the balcony. (But then Crete is so beautiful from any angle) Spent a bomb on booking this property for a week, but I really wished I had booked something else. The staff was... More

Great accommodation! Staff friendly and helpful, particularly at the pool bar. Food great and a quick trip into Agios Nikolaos opens up all the other food, drink, nightlife and shopping possibilities. Piano bar restaurant in town overlooking the lake for a special meal (not a bad thing on the menu). Bus every 30 mins and taxis cheap. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Candia Park as a family of four in a Sea View room. We were mildly disappointed with our introduction, as there was minimal information given on check in (other than a resort map) - we would have liked some information on kids club and activities, restaurant theme nights, tours that could be booked through the hotel etc....
