This is a difficult one to call...first of all when I booked the hotel, I did not realise it was 'all inclusive', so this was a pleasant surprise when we booked in, and of course saved us a fortune, in drinks and food! On the down side - the food, staff and rooms were all below par; on the positive... More

The view is excellent, and in just 100metres there is one of the most beautiful seas in Crete....The swimming pool is a little one-but NOBODY should be near this splendid sea and take the choice of the swimming pool-even if it was the biggest one in the world... The rooms are big enough, clean and with a nice view. I... More

This hotel has a location to die for - it sits immediately above one of the nicest beaches we have ever seen, and the views from the hotel are breath-taking......BUT, it should be run by people who appreciate what they have on their hands. On arrival, we found our room damp, smelly and we spent the first night sleeping on... More

We visited this holel while in Crete for future refrence and maybe to stay, as it looks so good it pictures. Unfortunatly the reality of this hotel does not match its pictures. It looks run down and in need of repair, it seems to be trading on its views. You need to be a mountain goat to get up the... More

Myself and my partner stayed here late may this year and well the hotel is excellent We arranged a sea view upgrade for €50 before we arrived and it is well worth the money The room contained a kingsize bed along with some other furniture, plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom had all the mod cons, also free air... We had concerns after reading reviews but found little wrong with our holiday. We arrived at 4.30am greeted and made to feel welcome given our room card (we had arranged an upgrade prior to visit for 50 Euro) asked to take our luggage to our room then return to a meal and drink, Our room was very clean and everything... Very nice room, clean and with a good quality bed, at the far end of the complex but by the swimming pool. Consequently we had noise from the pool and were obliged to keep our net curtains closed. Our Russian is very limited indeed and so we were unable to converse with the rest of the clientelle!! The cheap quality... More

Although it was a daily maid service the bedding was NEVER changed all week and they had a strict "towels every OTHER day" policy which meant by the evening of the second day the towels were damp The "All Inclusive" menu at the `so-called 4 star' hotel was absolutely horrendous - examples are: Paella, served one evening, which comprised of... Me and my hubby stayed there for 4 days in August (all inclusive)! When we saw the hotel the only thing that crossed my mind was WOW!!! Very beautiful hotel placed on a hillside and the beautiful white-sand beach right under the street! The view from the room was perfect! Even from the bed I could hear the waves and... More
