Recommmended after staying two nights in September. Straightforward comfortable room with a balcony and fabulous view down the valley to the Gulf of Corinith. The Acropole is situated on the lower one-way street which is quite windy and quiet, when compared with the two parallel upper streets. Helpful reception staff provided dinner recommendation and a marked-up map of the sites.... More

We just spent 2 nights at the Acropole and were so very glad we chose it. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the decor traditional Greek but nicely modernised and the setting peaceful and very, very quiet. We had asked for a room with a balcony and valley view - and gasped when we saw it! The only problem with... More

My wife and I spent just one night at the Acropole but found it generally comfortable. The view was magnificent, the tiny shower much less so. But the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was simple but adequate

Not easy to find (i ended up going the wrong way down a one way street), but when we got there it was worth it, the views from the balcony over the bay of Corinth are stunning, the hotel is small and friendly, a little above basic level, but great value for money. Easy walking distance into the centre of... More

Perfect location for the views across to the Gulf of Corinth. Parking might be a problem in high season as only street parking is available. Dining area and reception area look to have been face lifted in recent years and the bedroom was perfectly adequate. Let down by a bathroom that was desperate for modernisation. Shower head would not fit... More

Hotel Acropole is a solid choice for Delphi -- clean and very basic, with a friendly and helpful staff. Our triple room had a small terrace with nice views of the vegetable garden and, farther on, the green Pleistos River valley and the deep blue Gulf of Corinth. The bathroom was clean and basic, if a little dingy, and very... More

Stayed overnight with my husband and teenage daughters, and wish we could have extended the trip. Rooms were good, and the view from the balcony was everything we hoped for. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was very good, too. Staff were more than helpful - going above and beyond the call of duty retrieving a pair of sunglasses... More

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we loved it very much. We had a room with a private outdoor terrace that had fabulous views. They were very helpful in giving places to eat, the rooms were clean and charming, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was very good. It was also very close to the... More

This hotel is well managed. Location is superb. It is very modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay - we had two rooms, but unfortunately there was no connecting door between rooms, a bit worry with kids.

Summary: We stayed in this hotel for one night during our one day trip to Delphi from Athens. It is a very comfortable hotel with comfortable beds and a reasonable bathroom. Only fault is that it was a little noisy in the mornings as you could hear other guests getting up ready for a days sight seeing. Nonetheless we would... More
