It was my first time in Athens and I stayed at his hotel one night (Sep. 17, 2014) because I traveled to Santorini the next day. Therefore, the hotel’s location is very convenient for those taking the ferry to the islands. Piraeus port is just five-minute walk from this hotel. The hotel is accessible from the airport using public transportation.... More

I have stayed at the Faros 1 several times and, although this is a budget hotel with fairly small rooms, they are always clean, have fresh bed linen and towels and the water is always hot. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I use this hotel for single night stays when journeying too or from the Greek islands.... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch an early morning ferry like most people staying around Pireaus. Although it is cheap, it's location opposite a strip club meant loud music and voices can be heard throughout the night. We tried to have breakfast at 6am (which was the stated time) but we were told by... More

The room we occupied was extremely basic. The bed was okey and the bedding and towels were a little worn. The view from the window was old, ugly and dirty buildings. Breakfast was also very basic, but was not included in the room rate. I guess it is okey for overnight between airport and port for boarding ferries and cruise... More

I rented this place at 45 euro a night because I was arriving at 1am and leaving to the islands at 7am. It is cheap, it is in a sketchy alley that has a few loud pubs. Don't walk at night in the area. The only room left after our late arrival smelled like am ash tray, but it was... More

One of a cluster of hotels around the Notara / Trikoupi intersection. About half a mile from metro and ferries so quieter and cleaner than the port centre. We had a great deal for clean rooms, perfect for an overnight between airport and ferry.

This is an economical place to stay if you are arriving or leaving by ferry. It is a bit of a hike from the ferry terminal and on a somewhat out-of-the-way back street. However, once you arrive, it is a quiet place to escape from the crazy traffic of Piraeus. The rooms are spacious and spotless. There is air conditioning... More

Convenient location for early ferry. Very comfortable and clean room. Great to have travel agency on level 1. Food in restaurant was great value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if need somewhere near the port. Interesting walk around the area down to the Marina.

The hotel has recently been renovated, so it seems brand new and very comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and helpful and we advise people to have there a meal, because it is tasty and unexpensive. Our was very clean and comfortable, although being modest. You get your value for money! We will certainly choose it if we return... More

This hotel was clean and staff good, the rooms were dingy, the mattress rock hard and the aircon did nothing to cool down the steaming hot room. I would not chose this hotel again and would pay the extra to stay near entry to passenger island ferries.
