What a great location. A very short walk gets you right on to the pier if you are heading out to the islands. The rooms are certainly adaquate, and the service was extremely helpful. Very good value for the money.

Good---straight across road from the ferries: friendly man at reception. Not so good---damp patch on carpet where shower had seeped out, slightly odd smell, ants (those these were quickly dealt with), very basic room.
