There are far better hotels in athens if location isnt your first priority. We stayed here in october 2013 and we chose this because it was closest to the acropolis, however, it lacked basics. We had a major issue with the bathroom. There wasnt any hot water and the shower was broken, they didnt even move us in another room... More

This hotel is in an excellent location - very close to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum and the Plaka village. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops are close by. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast... More

Our room was a spacious corner room with at least 5 meter ceilings and tall windows looking out on Singlou Avenue: six lanes of motorcycles, busses, trucks and fast cars hurtling by until the wee hours. The traffic noise was impressive. The hotel decor is High Drag Queen Kamp, quite unusual. The breakfast was very nice with decent coffee. Just... More

First of all, I showed up at 9:30 hoping to leave my bags, as check-in is not until noon, but was allowed to check in right away. Second, the room and bed were much larger than expected! The best surprise, though, was that the water pressure in the shower was great - not the slow trickle I usually get in... More

We booked this fairly last minute. The hotel is located on the main road out of Athens to Piraeus which is busy and quite seedy, with a couple of sex shops, but is literally around the corner from the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis itself, and a lovely district with a pedestrianised area, street cafés and restaurants. The majority of Central... More

Great location and staff! Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff are at this hotel. They accommodated early check-ins twice for us on our 2 stays late October and early November. The breakfast provided was a very good range for a boutique hotel, with a good selection of both hot and cold choices. The hotel has an... More

Went to Athens and needed a place to stay for 3 nights! Although located on a crowded street, the room was sound-proof enough and thus there was no problem to sleep at night! The room was clean and tidy and the staff very polite and helpful! The hotel was conveniently located next to Acropolis museum and Plaka and reastaurants and... More

Brilliant location in the Plaka district - old town - close to the Acropolis and Parliament square. Easily reached by metro from the airport and then short walk. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent buffet breakfast. We had a room on the front and the hotel is on a busy main road so there was traffic noise at night but the... More

We recently stayed for 3 nights post cruise at this hotel, located in near proximity to the new Acropolis Museum in Athens. My only caveat is for individuals with mobility issues, this is a difficult hotel to navigate. There are two flights of stairs to the initial landing area, then another flight of stairs to the reception desk. With the... More

The location was perfect, once I booked the hotel I received instruction in regards to getting to the hotel. The hotel staff were great, friendly and very helpful every time. Very close to the major attraction of Athens; The Acropolis, The Acropolis Museum, the surrounding area of Plaka. Would return stay again no problems
