This is a basic hotel for the people who just need a place with a bed and bathroom. Basic but it does it well. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with a bathtub. It was near the Acropolis and cafes which was great and the owner was very friendly and helpful. My single room was very basic and I woke up the next morning with many bites - not sure whether a very hungary mosquito or bed bugs.

The room we stayed was clean with view to the acropolis. everything was 2 minutes walking and we felt very safe. Also we need to mention that the owner were very friendly and kind. The prices were very reasonable, and we didn't mind that the bathrooms were shared.

John's place is very well located, the rooms are large and although the bathroom are shared, they are kept clean. The perfect spot between flights or for a few days in Athens.
