The location is near to the center of Athens, very close to Metaxurgìo metro station. However, the road is busy so the smog and the noise were the greatest bothers for us during our stay at the hotel, which otherwise would have deserved a better judgment. The quality of sleep is disturbed because of this noise, especially motorcycles passing on... More

Really good value for money. The neighbourhood is a little run-down, but the hotel is close to a Metro stop and lots of buses, so it's convenient for getting around. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was fine for a budget hotel—it looked quite old, but was very clean and comfortable, and ideal for a short... More

The hotel overall is not in good condition. The staff and the reception are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very old and tiny. The bathroom small and the water did not have enough pressure. We booked a 4 person room and we barely we can put our stuff in it. We could not move inside the room. The... More

The hotel is easy to reach from highway by car, the parking is across the street. If you came by other means of transport, metro station is 2 minutes walk. From there to Acropolis there are 3 station, you can reach in 10 minutes. The staff is speaking good English and is very helpful, giving maps of the city and... More

Old hotel, rooms are essential. The breakfast is not rich nor poor, there is a bit of everything but nothing special and is served in the bar in front of the hotel on the first floor with no lift. The surrounding are shubby ad the city, but it's not the hotel's fault.

We were cautioned about this area of Athens but it was safe, convenient (20 min walk to Plaka) and the red tour buses come right by this hotel. I loved seeing elderly couples that actually live in Athens with their shopping bags. The staff spoke good English. The breakfast served across the street in their sister hotel was very good.... The air conditioner is not work. The temperature is 30 in the room, we can not sleep at all, then the hotel said they can not do anything! The room, bathroom is small, it's very uncomfortable. The tap hot and cold water is opposite, it's dangerous. The elevator is old style,we are so scared when we get in there. we... More

This hotel seems to divide opinion a bit. Part of that, I suspect, is probably down to the variable rates charged. I booked online in advance and paid about 25E/night for a double (single occupancy with breakfast) and was satisfied with what I got. I believe walk-ups without reservation were being charged more than double that. I wouldn't have been... More

this hotel is any money worth. the friendly staff is always available and the room was always tidy. The breakfast was very good and served at the caffee a cross the street. A ver nice and cosy restaurant and hop-on bus station was around the corner. As a family hotel i recomment to every one. bathroom was cleaned every day

Tiny price, but I don't recommend to anyone. The balcony has no view at all. Weak hygiene and not isolated rooms. Broken wardrobe, old TV. Good connection to metro. Looks like a cheap old fashioned hotel in the 20th century. I will never back there again.
