We had the misfortune of spending a night at Lilly's in September 2005. "Very clean" "very quiet" we were told on booking. The apartments are neither, by any stretch of the imagination. The floor was so dirty that just walking across it left footprints behind; the kitchenette (one stove plate, 2 mismatched cups and plates and a lid-less saucepan) was gritty and badly stained; the light-fittings worked intermittantly or not at all. So, that was the "very clean" ...

The "very quiet"? Well, Lilly's is one block off the 6-lane Poseidonos main road which takes a good 10 minutes to get across, at any time of the day or night. I'm sure one could get accustomed to the unrelenting roar of traffic at 120km p/h, if one stayed there long enough (to grow old and lose one's hearing) or else resorted to sledgehammer sleeping tablets ... but I can't say for certain because we left after one night - grimy, adrenalin-charged, and too... more
