Stayed here 3 days. Close location was great, but the rooms were tiny and the beds hard as rock. The old man on the desk was grumpy and rude, and when we said we had pre-paid the rooms at the end of the stay, he said no we had to pay him (I am taking this up now with the... more

Good location in Plaka, very small bedroom with no real daylight and with a view on a wall inside a court, very small bathroom....comfort standard for this bedroom. The hospitality of the owner was not really good...even cold. Breakfast was ok even if there was not much to eat. It was a high price in compare of the ratio quality... more

Hotel good location, however rooms VERY small. No bath in any room. Only suite has a view of Acropolis. Alternative hotels in good locations (not noisy) are Hermes or Central Hotel. more

Maybe I'm not that picky but after reading some of the other comments...I thought the Niki was all right and the location couldn't be beat. There was one desk clerk who was on the grumpy side but also a young one who was nice and helpful. But desk clerks change, of course. We, too, ended up with twin beds but... more

Niki has a fabulous location on the edge of Plaka and within very easy walking distance of both Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. The hotel has recently been given a refurbishment and the reception/public areas have a nice "design" feel to them. Once away from the ground floor the refurbishment does extend to corridors and guest rooms but it has... more

The WORSE EXPERIENCE In a hotel. We stayed there with my husband in June. The pictures from their website must be taken from another hotel. The first room that they gave us was so small that we couldn't find a place for the bags!!! The shower was even smaller and you could barely close the door. We asked for another... more

Probably best described as an attempted boutique hotel. The design is there, some quality details in the rooms (e.g. nice sheets), but not sufficiently executed/maintained. Well located in the Plaka area, on a quiet street. The reception is fairly informal, but helpful for local information & advice. They generally do not organise services, and from our experience, we do not... more

pictures can be very deceiving... we got to the hotel, which was located in a little alley, and we not greeted at all by the man at the desk. He was very unhelpful, and probably too old to be working. The rooms were very small, no air conditioning ( which is important in the hot summer months). Room was too... more

It was ok when we check in for the hotel, everything was fine especially the location is convenient. It was a nightmare when i and my husband back to our room from our dinner. We unable to open the door with the key and look for the reception staff to help us but he also unable to open it. We... more

The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was within walking distance to everything. We had a room on the street side with two twin beds- not our request. The beds were very hard. But we were tired. Small room and modern. Clean room. Only stayed one night and it very noisy. Throughout the hallways and the rooms... more
