The staff at the Polis Grand were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean & had a balcony. The elevator, bathroom & room were small, (only a shower not a tub) . Unfortunately I think most hotels in Athens in this price range have the same problem: the location. The hotel is great! We have spent 3 nights for Easter in this hotel. They gave us room 803 which has a beautiful panorama of the Acropolis and Licabetus Hill. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful. It was a wonderful stay. Thank You! more

The Polis Grand Hotel is certainly not how it is made out to be on the hotel's website or in its brochure. However, it does have its positive aspects - including the wonderful views of the Acropolis.
