This is my first review, but I feel as if I must write it because my experience with the Art Hotel was amazing. Upon our arrival the Hotel Manager, Miraude (I hope I spelled that right) advised us that the cab driver was over charging us (trying to rip us off) and she took it upon herself to go outside... I read many reviews for this hotel so I was really excited to stay here because some of the reviews I had read were mediocre. I have to say that I was so pleasantly surprised and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Art Hotel has many good attributes and the two best are... More

The hotel is central to the metro and ideal for a city break. Ok the area is not the best but just be streetwise. The bathrooms have baths and the beds are comfortable as far as I was concerned. You cant please everyone as some guests want firm and some soft. These are quite firm but thats quite normal in... More

It was an average stay but definitely not four star material. The shower head didn't work. Also the fridge didn't work. The television didn't work and it was in a dodgy location. I was warned several times by taxi drivers not to venture out at night by myself. The staff were friendly though.

Staff are what this accommodation has going for it.... They are of a high standard in customer service. Nothing is too much trouble! The room I was first allocated wasn't prepared - the bed was even in pieces. Staff moved me to another room with many apologies for the inconvenience. However, I have stayed on two separate arrivals with two... More

A quirky little hotel three blocks from the Archeological Museum and 10 minutes from the convenient Omonia metro stop. The price was good and the front desk helpful. Breakfast was a decent buffet, and I especially appreciated the strong filtered coffee, which was otherwise very difficult to find. Two minor complaints: the bathroom is an inferior design, trendy decor but... More

Located in a not-so-good neighborhood in Athens, about 7 minutes from the Omonias metro station. Rooms have a very strange design. Maybe others will like it. To me it felt old. The bed was wide, but the room felt small. The staff was very friendly and helping. Also the breakfast was very good. Free wifi everywhere.

Very clean hotel. Fantastic front desk staff which was very helpful during our stay there. We checked in after a very long and sleepless overnight flight. They got us into our room early, the room was quiet and clean. We took a power nap then woke up and went to the Parthanon via taxi. It turned out to be a... More

Room is nothing great, very basic. Bathroom is a bath tub with a hose, no proper showers. Buffet breakfast is decent enough. Didnt mind the stay. Wasnt searching for... More

We stayed for one night on route to the islands. The hotel is 5 minutes from Omonia tube and we found it easy from a map. The room was nice with a good shower. Wifi was good. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were very helpful and phoned to see if they could find information on ferries for us and... More
