Agree wholly with other reviews, that the staff are great. Very gracious, friendly and helpful. However the praise stops there. Poor, noisy location, very seedy area. I'm going to agree with everyone who says the location is terrible. The surrounding streets stank of urine, cigarette ashes, and garbage. If you make the mistake of just keeping to the nearby area, you would be convinced that the whole city of Athens is just as dilapidated.
