The rooms were kept very clean and the front desk staff were always very professional. Near Omonia is kind of a dodgy area, and I definitely picked up that vibe, but the hotel always seemed very safe and, as I said, professional and clean, very non threatening. If I were traveling alone, though, I would have felt pretty uncomfortable as... More

Overall good experience. Close to the metro however not super safe to be there at night. Although its not in a worry free location, it is well maintainted with working air con, clean beds and shower. everything is really small though.. the shower barely fits one full person. the staff is also really helpful with how to get around safely.

We have travelled as a couple and stayed 2,5 nights at the hotel. We were very satisfied with the location as it was pretty close to the city centre. We could reach many cute restaurants just 10 min walk away and it was about 25 min away from Plaka. Alternatively, it was possible to reach the Omonia metro station in... More

The man welcoming us at the reception was very helpful and kind. When we checked out and were hanging out at the lobby, a customer called the reception to ask about a reservation. The customer service was so bad, especially when the man at the front desk said "What is your problem, again you call here and I have to... More

Location: Omonia is 5 minutes away from the sightseeing bus and the metro station. You can reach the city centre very quick! There are restaurants and supermarkets there, and also the big "Hondos Center", which is a big shopping mall. But be ready for beggers on the street. Staff: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception was 24 hours open.... More

I spent 2 nights in the hotel which is really near Omonia metro station but the location itself isn't very safe... I think this due to latest situation in Athens, a lot of weird people around. However Omonia itself is not that bad, the square is full of cafes and restaurants which is mostly open all night... there's a good... More

Got an amazing deal through BA for flights and hotel but was hugely disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. The pictures online were really deceiving and the hotel although close to the station is really in the wrong part of town if you are travelling with family. The rooms are quite small and basic. The staff were friendly and... More

We had a triple room which I suspect is the same as a double room - they just put an extra bed in. However, it was air conditioned and had a little balcony. Bathroom also small but functional. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep that is close to Metro and the city centre for a cheap rate then... More

This hotel is good only for short stay, because rooms are small. It is near city center and main attraction - Acropolis. It is between two metro station so You can get very quickly to other places in Athens. Breakfast was good. Nice service.

My boyfriend and I chose the Epidavros hotel for our two night stay in Athens in July. On arrival we were greeted and checked in early which was fantastic. This is a pet friendly hotel which is great if you have pets, however our FIRST assigned room had an absolute foul odour of that wet dog smell. Straight away I... More
