We started our trip (with my lovely wife) to Greece by 2 days in Athens and we chose to stay at the Alassia hotel. The location of the hotel is dipressing: it is located right in front of an abandoned building in the district of Omonia. It is quite close to the metro, easy to access from the airport and... More

With just two nights in Athens, my wife and we're looking for something reasonably priced and in a convenient location. Hotel Alassia was a business-class-like hotel. The rooms had good wifi and a typical desk / bed setup you see in most business hotels. We did switch rooms after the first night because the A/C wasn't working very well. The... More

The room was nice and clean, with free wifi. Very central location, not in the middle of all attractions, but in walking distance. Also right by the metro. So very easy to get aroud, and did not have to spend much on transportation. Very good breakfast buffet, helpful stsff.

Although we stayed at the hotel just for a night, thankful that we did not stay longer. The person at the front desk was extremely rude at the time of check-in. He did not respond to even a single query of ours. Though they call themselves a hotel - there is no service whatsoever. I had lot of luggage, there... More

Visited this hotel on more than one occasion in the past and this time for 3 nights. Located exactly behind Omonoia square offers immediate access to the metro. Being there of course also suggests the inherent Omonoia square hazards. Numerous coffee shops and snackbars available in the neighborhood. Staff is friendly. Rooms are adequately furnished and clean but seriously need... More

It looks like this used to be a beautiful hotel, but it is no longer cleaned or maintained properly. The TV didn't work in our room. There was mold in the shower. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked. One good aspect is that the free breakfast is fantastic. The clerk at the reception desk was extremely friendly. The hotel is in... More

this was the worst hotel i ever stayed. The hotel had 1 person doing everything from cleaning to setting rooms to working in reception. the rooms were disgusting.the linen was dirty. my baby and i were bittten by bed bugs. the location is also very bad -highly NOT recommended. The cleaniest area is the reception only.

Very good location if you are travelling to Athens for a Business trip. In the centre of Athens. Next to Metro. It's not noisy although it's in the city centre (depending on the room). Price is also a plus!

They told us that it was located in a bad neighborhood with but reputation, but we did not had any problem. Only during night you should not walk alone in that area, as in every european town! It's next to Omonias Underground & near Hondos Center....Clean room and friendly staff. We had a nice stay, at a very good price.

We stayed here as a family, there was more than enough room for us (2 adults and 2 children). The Bathroom / Shower facilities are excellent.. The Inclusive Breakfast was AMAZING and Wifi was fast and always on / reliable. We were a 2 minute walk from hop on hop off busses and there was food stores and pharmacies across... More
