We went in this hotel after had problems with the Acropolis Select Hotel. (And for that we had a special price). The Hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and there's no traffic rumor. There's the cable connection to internet in the room and the wirless connection in the hall. The staff is friendly and ready to help anytime. The... more

What remains are a very friendly, supportive staff, a good breakfast and a nice bar with jazz music. - Besides that it is just not a ***** Hotel. Sauna without rest rooms, a gym with a low ceiling so that running means smashing your head, noisy rooms (cars at the front, aircondition engines to the rear - we moved room... more

we are just back from a week in athens and stayed in this hotel. Our experience was very good. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice. The staff were most helpful, the bedroom was spotless but the bathroom was too small. The foyer is just okay not very luxurgious. we would highly recommend this hotel. more

Hand on heart, I can honestly say that I have never been more disappointed in anywhere. This was little more than a really poor roadside hotel and in fact, I'm being very cruel to roadside inns. The hotel is clearly on the wane from past glories namely best restaurant in Greece 2005. While i knew that it did not repeat... more

Guest’s comments concerning our property and services offered are always welcome as they help us to improve and evolve. However, these comments are pretty unfair, and very much exaggerated. The hotel changed ownership ten months ago and as our utmost priority is our guests comfort and satisfaction, the hotel underwent renovations mainly to improve on details as there were no...

It was wonderful to stay at a smaller hotel. Yet is was very walkable to the Plaka and the Acropolis. It is a short walk to the underground metro, which is really even better than NY or Paris with the pricing, cleanliness, etc. The breakfast was the most varied of any place we stayed in Greece. Plenty of fresh fruit... more

This hotel would have received a very good rating from us had it not been for a cleaning lady that stole from our clothes pockets left in the room - this is after she entered twice with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The management did not handle the situation well at all. Besides this bad experience, the... more

Dear Sir, We are sorry that this unpleasant incident occurred during your stay but according to facts, our staff cannot be held responsible. We believe that the situation was handled as well as possible and your comments about the cleaning lady and the property management are unfair. The hotel manager took immediate action when the incident was reported to him....

Getting there:- Got quite lost after arriving at the Metro Sygrou-Fix. The hotel instructions were not helpful, even after thorough printing of maps to guide us... end up travelling in the opposite direction down a somewhat derelect factory area ie. doggy. The 'locals' we had asked for directions gave us the wrong ones!! Hotel itself:- The hotel is located inbetween... more

Do not stay here at this hotel. We stayed here twice, once going to the islands, and once coming back. The hotel's location on the main street, and a street to the side, both buy the whole night, is only good maybe if you do not intend to sleep. It is so noisy, you can not sleep, and infact wakeup... more

Probably the WORST experience at a hotel I've ever had... Let's get started... 1. Our plane trip was 13+ hours...when we got to the hotel, we were told our room was NOT READY because check-in time was at 2 p.m. and to "Go see the Acropolis". We explained our situation, about ho we had just come from the airport and... more

It is unfortunate that you chose not to write to the hotel directly with your complaint, as we have been trying for some time to work out who you are, and when you stayed with us. Having been through all our records, we believe that we have finally located your booking and we would be grateful if you could contact...
