we stayed at Evripides Hotel for 5 nights in August. The area surrounding the Hotel was not the nicest places to be, but we didn't let that put us off and overall we didn't generally feel in danger out and about (day or night). The Hotel itself is about 7 minutes walk from the Monasteraki metro station which is very... More

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in total while passing through Athens. Hotel is quite basic, reasonable size, comfortable beds, air-conditioning and mini bar. Small bathroom and only hand held shower. Staff were quite friendly and accommodating with organising taxi's, directions etc. Found that the hotel was a little out of the city and being a female definitely wouldn't... More

Clean, close to facilities in Athen, possible to eat standard breakfast. But typical two stars hotell. Little rooms, some noices and no facilities. The hotell is situated in area where I would never had to walk alone home in the night-scary.

We can't say anything positive about our staying in this hotel--despite our reservation they didn't have room for us. We are young couple we were travelling for holidays to Greece and Athens was the last stop.We just came there for one night(saturday night)cuz we had flight at the morning from Athens to home.So we were looking some hotel close to... Very economic hotel near Plaka (7 min walk) The hotel is very simple but clean. Very helpful and nice staff. Good view to the acropole in the terrace. Medium breakfast. The streets nearby are strange but we didn´t feel unsafe. Free wi-fi, medium quality of sign.

Even though it might apear as outside of everything and a little bit dangerous, this hotel is at perfect place and safe. Its rooftop exit and restaurant are perfect to spend relaxing time at the end of a day, enjoying perfect view on Athens and Acropolis.

We just spent a night at the Evripedes Hotel after flying in to the airport and then catching the train. We took the metro line (7 euros each) from the airport and got off at monastraki station. 5 mins walk from the station to the hotel, we were early so they let us leave our bags downstairs and offered coffee... This hotel is located right near all of the major sites - The Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Plaka etc. It is a ten minute walk to these places which gives this place great value. As well, the owners and staff are so kind. They introduce you to the area and are always open to help with any questions you have. They... More

We stayed here one night and mostly picked the hotel for the acropolis view, price, and breakfast. The breakfast was actually quite large with something for everyone. Cereal, toast, yogurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, ham, croissants, boiled eggs, coffee, juice and assorted honey and jams. It's nice to eat outside with the acropolis view. The room was nice enough. No real... More

They place had great location and it wasn't noicy. It has nice rooftop bar in the evenings and breakfast place for the mornings with the view to Acropolis. The facilities are ok and staff friendly. It's not the newest place, but ok. I think was ok price hotel.
