We spent 4 nights in this hotel during our stay in Athens. If you can get a room on the third floor with a view of the Acropolos, it might be worth it. The room is a large enough size, the bed is rock hard, the bath is extremely small and the men at the front desk not very friendly.... More

Very good location within walking distance to restaurants, sites and shopping and although the hotel is situated within the pedestrian area, it was not too loud at night. good view of the acropolis from the roof-top breakfast room. Friendly staff.

We wanted an affordable place to stay right in the centre of Athens for one night and this hotel suited our needs well - it is in a fabulous location in the heart of Plaka. Other reviews saying the hotel is in need of an update are true - we weren't particularly impressed by room or bathroom but for one... More

My husband and I stayed at the Adrian twice, it is a lovely Inn in the old part of Athens. The breakfast cafe is situated so that we could view the Acropolis as the sun rose. The rooms are small but quiet, the bathrooms are smaller, the beds were firm, the staff was excellent and so was the location. Within... More

This hotel is right in in the heart of things - the Plaka. Within walking distance to most attractions with views of the Acropolis and other Greek ruins. Our room was quiet and the staff were most accommodating. It is also walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place! Also, a good value. It was one... More

an unpleasant experience, a very old hotel renovated casually . The hotel is too expensive for what they offer! Claims to be 3 star but not worth a star. The Photo fooled, indicate a large and comfortable room is actually a micro unhappiness crappy room. I wanted a space in the center of Athens for a NIGHT but I was... More

A few blocks to the Acropolis and other sites. Three blocks from the large shopping area in Monastiriki Square, which is also a hop on bus stop. Quiet rooms, and beautiful rooftop breakfast area with Acropolis view. The baths are small, one person only, but very clean. Wish the rooftop terrace were open at night to take a bottle of... More

Our fourth stay at this hotel - that says it all. The location is spot-on for Athens' attractions and restaurants, within walking distance of Syntagma and Monastiraki Squares. The staff are extremely helpful and go that extra mile to assist. The rooftop breakfast area gives a wonderful vista of the Acropolis and the city. An excellent base for your visit... More

The hotel is very old and in need of renovation but in a great location. Staff are very helpful. The best road to be in Athens... walking distance to all historic sites Breakfast is basic but the view is amazing.

Small and welcoming hotel in Plaka district, close to Acropolis. During the breakfast on the terrace we had a beautiful view on Acropolis. Very friendly staff. BUT! Poor noise insulation. Uncomfortable metal chairs on the balcony. Old and scratched furniture in the room. Near metro station (Monastiraki) in the evenings there are a lot of strange and drunk people.
