This hotel was very nice. It was kind of far away from the center of the city, but the metro is pretty close to it. It is located right next to a Carrefore, so shopping for any food items, etc. that we needed was very convenient. The best part of the hotel was the pool on the very top floor.... more

This was a huge hotel, heavily used by tour groups. Because it is so crowded, be prepared to wait for a long time at front desk, including check in and check out. The breakfast is offered at the restaurant. It reminded me the rush hour at the cafeteria at dorms. If you are looking for more personal travel experience, you... more

We stayed at the President hotel 3 days because it was included with the cruise we booked through Atlantis Travel. We really enjoyed our stay here and loved the rooftop pool and bar with 360 degree views of Athens and beautiful sunsets. It is about a 6 minute walk to the Metro and only 3 stops from the touristy area... more

First of all, it is not far away from metro stations (ampelokipon or panormou), 10-15 min by foot. Moreover, the entrance is very impressive when you arrive and the view from the roof garden in 21th floor was brilliant with a nice pool and cafe. The staff was helpfull. The room was comfortable and clean. On the other side, there... more

Overall this is a decent hotel in the heart of Athens, which provides a fair value for the money paid. One fatastic thing to point out is the lounge bar and pool at the top of the hotel. A splendid setting with great views of Athens, even though the service was a bit slow. The rooms are a bit worn,... more

Although I don't consider it a good hotel, and I think it not worth the money (if you pay the internet price), I have been in this hotel more than 5 times due to its proximity to my business meeting point. The first impression is that the hotel is really a 4 star one, but this changes as you get... more

This is a very impressive hotel when you arrive. It has a large lobby and gives the impression of deserving of it's Greek 4 star rating. When you get to your room however you can see immediately that it is a very tired hotel. This hotel is on a very busy road and the room, (mine at least) was very... more

On the positive side the hotel has a great pool and the rooms on the higher floors are quite quiet ...a plus after a long and tiring flight. -Unfortunatly the pool is only open 1030am to 6pm when we were sight seeing so we could not take a cooling swim in the morning or evening when we really wanted to... more

We stayed at the hotel for a long week end to visit friends. As a young couple we just wanted to relax and be able to rest and catch up with friends. We arrived at the hotel at 3am (as our flight was delayed) and we found a terribly arrogant front desk staff, we probably disturbed him from his nap.... more
