We just returned, had room 509. Pluses: - excellent location within walking distances to the Acropolis Museum and Acropolis - good price, we had a non-refundable offer, cost was very low probably because of low-season, 80 euro/2 nights without breakfast - staff very very helpful and friendly - good wi-fi - they organized for us an airport transfer at 5:30... A very nice hotel in a very good location, near a metro station (Singrou-Fix), near Plaka, near the Acropolis museum. The staff very nice and helpful, breakfast tasty and all well in general. In case you are in Athens for the music in taverns and music clubs, you probably will come back to the hotel late at night or early... More

Spent 2 nights here whilst on business and must admit its the best hotel I have stayed in Athens. Staff very friendly and helpful, I asked for a high level room with a view and got room 602 which also had a partial view of the Parthenon from the hugh balcony. Room was adequate enough with a really comfy bed,... More

We ended up having to stay in 2 different hotels during our trip to Athens.. This was our second choice.. Its a pretty good hotel.. Great location, the rooms were big, the staff was helpful, the breakfast spread was great, room had free wi-fi, range wasnt great though, the rooms have no view though so if thats your criteria then... I stayed here for 3 nights in January. This is a 3 star hotel that thinks it's 4 star! Lovely clean room, good breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Good location for all the main Athens sites - 5 minutes walk to the Acropolis museum. Downside - no view - a bit of a scruffy street and no nice toiletries... More

The location was really nice as you can just walk to the nearby pedestrial zone beneath the acropolis. The breakfast could need some more fresh juices and water and fresher, better bread... wifi was bad as well and the room and bathroom werent really cleaned..

The Acropolis Select hotel is a relatively small and very friendly environment in which to stay. The staff are helpful and knowledgable about the Athens area, especially we'd like to thank Gregory at the reception desk and George for the help and guidance they provided during our stay. The hotel is very well located being close to the major tourist... More

-2 blocks away from the metro & bus stop -close to restaurants -affordable -great breakfast -great customer service -renovated rooms: -bed: ok -space: spacious -bathroom: spacious -lounge area: ok -cleanliness: good Overall, if you're on a budget and want a decent hotel, come here, but don't expect a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is located right next to Plaka and the Acropolis which is excellent. The breakfast is pretty good with eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt (off course we are in Greece!), toasts, croissaints... The bedrooms are small but decent with air conditioning.
