Rooms need refurbishing and remodeling, carpet needs to be replaced. Shower/bathtub and shower curtains were unclean. The elevator was tiny and very antiquated. Customer service at front desk could have been better, no one knew how to help me with calling my airline's toll free number using my calling card but instead wanted to charge me $2.50 per minute to... The hotel staff were amazing. They were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location is close to the metro which makes life so much easier. We asked for a taxi service which the hotel arranged for us and a got the best taxi driver who's name was Dimitris. I recommend everyone ask for his taxi service when visiting the hotel/Athens... The hotel is small in size. The elevators are ridiculously tiny and slow. HOWEVER, I would definitely go there again. The thing that made this a fantastic experience is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Absolutely impressive. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, from bringing extra pillows (in under a few minutes,... More

Thanks to the multi-skilled staff at Alexandros, our extended stay with you all was great. Breakfast was a great start to the day, staff did all they could to ensure our time in Athens was most enjoyable. Room was spacious and sparkling clean. You could not have done more to ensure the last week of our 2 month holiday overseas... More

Very helpful and attentive staff. Not far from metro station (line 3 to airport and downtown) and airport bus (X95) stop. Walking distance to downtown. Different type of rooms. Book through their web page to avoid getting those facing the interior. These, e.g. Those ending in 11, are very noisy due to ventilation ducts. Impossible to sleep there.

This is a great hotel to stay during your visit in Athens. I stayed there several times. Located on a quiet street off Vasilisis Sofias Avenue. The prices are great the service is amazing and very very friendly and possibly the best breakfast you can get in an Athens hotel. The location is very convenient to most of the Athens... More

Stayed at Airotel Alexandros for two nights in June. The staff, especially Dimitris, were delightful and eager to help make our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best out of any hotels we stayed while visiting Greece. The hotel is near the metro which made it super easy to explore Plaka, Gazi, Monastiraki, Syntagma Square... More

Airotel Alexandros is located in a quiet, peacful alley next to Mavili square, the colorful, vivid area in the centre of Athens and one of the all time epicenters of the city’s night life. Only a few mins walk from two metro stations the hotel represents a decent option for the business traveler, offering a nice, comfortable accommodation. While not... More

Real 4* hotel. Very good staff and atmosphere in this place. It is really quiet location, but it almost in Athens' downtown. Metro station in few minutes walk. Lycabettus hill just in 15 minutes walk. Especially good to visit it in the evening. What I want to mark especially is WiFi. Very very good free WiFi as for hotel. Absolutely... More
