Excellent staff, polite, friendly and professional. Rooms old and those without balcony a bit depressive. Very functional meeting rooms and conference facilities. Low quality food. Horrible coffee. Satisfactory wifi provision even under heavy load conditions. Just a short walk away of Megaron metro station. Good value for money overall.

I rated this 5 star because of my experience with the staff was excellent Thank you Panorea at the reception for being so accommodating and always ready with a smile. The rooms were small and the view was just a grey wall with plumbing and air conditioners. However, overall the room was clean, had some amenities like a safe, bathroom clean... More

Good location that is close to a metro station, making travel to and from airport easy. The hotel itself it neat, clean and with spacious rooms. Bathrooms are more than adequate and beds are comfortable. Some staff were friendly, others were not. Breakfast was good with a large variety so there was something for everyone. Overall I would highly recommend... More

Very good location and staff. Reception was GREAT, kind and helpful. However the room was small, especially the bathroom - tiny, old and uncomfortable. I asked for a room at a high floor with view, and got a room at the 1st floor, with a view of the rooms of the neighbouring buildings (quite dissapointing), and the sound of the... More

Golden Age Hotel was our home in Athens for 4 days and nights, and we loved it. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast delicious and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, just 5min walk to Megaro Moussikis metro station (blue line). If you like to walk, the Golden Age is about 2,5km... More

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit Athens. The room was a good size, clean bathroom with powerful shower, good breakfast. The hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced, with a good atmosphere - unusual in a big hotel. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the metro. The staff are very attentive and helpful -... More
