Spent 3 nights in the hotel. Staff wasn't willing to help, sometimes even arrogant. Room wasn't clean, carpet was horribly worn and dirty. Swimming pool is open only in summer, roof-top bar, too. Restaurant is closed on Sunday, for Saturday no reservation was possible, although the restaurant was almost empty that evening. Breakfast was average with no variety at all.... more

Just stayed here for two nights and I have no faults with this Hotel. It is a good quality international hotel in a great location to visit all the sights. Rooms are comfortable and the rooftop pool is a nice retreat after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good although the room seemed a little busy. more

Just returned having spent 3 nights here. Not '5 star' in comparison to most other 5 star hotels - it's a fairly average chain-type hotel in a great location. A 3 minute walk took us into the heart of the Plaka district, where there were so many restaurants to choose from and so much atmosphere that each evening was exciting. Per previous reviews we requested an upper floor room with an Acropolis view. The view, staff and hotel were amazing. My electrical adapter didn't match up and they let me borrow one for the stay.
