Perfect location to have a stopover in Athens. The hotel is walking distance to all main attractions, restaurants, tavernas, public transport. The staff at hotel are always attentive, helpful and friendly....we especially enjoyed our drinks at the bar which were prepared by Menelaos.

My favourite hotel in Athens, it is very quiet for Athens and very close to Plaka. The rooms are small but in a classical style. Rich breakfast, friendly staff and the best... go to the top floor to get the view to the Acropolis (the restaurant up there deserves a visit, too).

I was attending a conference that took place in this hotel and I decided I would also stay here, just for the convenience. I have not looked at other hotels in Athens and that was a mistake. This hotel was quite pricy and for 165 EUR a night I was expecting something more. In fact, I had probably the tiniest... More

We loved the friendly welcome and a room upon our arrival at 9 AM when checking is a 3PM. The Hotel has a large variety of rooms. Our room overlooking the garden was large and comfortable. Breakfast is good in pleasant surrounding.

It didn't look to good from the outside, but enter the lobby and you'll be sold! They accommodated a very early arrival, and were very helpful to me in my jet-lagged daze! Loved their bar off the lobby as well as the court yard - and oasis in the Plaka. But, the best is the roof top pool and bar... More

We had a great room overlooking the acropolis! The front staff was helpful and nice! Breakfast was fabulous! The lounge bar in the lobby was brilliant complete with a bulldog bartender that liked us after a few visits! Roof top restaurant is very nice make sure you make reservations and request outside if you want that! Food is average to... More

My fiancé and I stayed 2 nights at the Palace Hotel, mid Sept 2014. Transportation from the airport to the hotel was easy. 35 Euros flat rate, daytime. Our room was ready for us early. It may not look like much from the approach, but once inside you’ll find a first rate hotel. Spacious lobby. Nicely furnished. Evening dinner at... More

I was pleasantly at the excellent level of service and professionalism at the Electra Palace in Athens. It isn't often you getthatsort of service and I commend them. It is spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfasts are something I looked forward to each morning with delight. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is no different from any other good european hotel room. I was not thrilled about the bathroom door being transparent especially when sharing with 2 others and there is no privacy when using the toilet. We hung up bathrobes to give us the privacy. The breakfast is good and has a nice variety. The staff can be polite... More

What a shame we only had one night here! Wonderful welcome at reception. Beautiful room - suite overlooking the Acropolis with balcony. Great breakfast in leafy surrounds. Pool is small but refreshing - but big pools are hard to find in Athens anyway. Lovely touches like bed being turned down, and complimentary pastries and chocolates left in evening. Beautiful Korres... More
