I stayed here with a friend the night prior to leaving Athens. Since our flight was at 8:30 we would need to leave around 5am and needed a hotel with the 24hr bus route which isn't 80m away like the hotel staff told me. Should have stayed closer to the airport but didn't. We arrived very late from Mykonos and... More

I'm Best western Diamond and use to get nice upgrade... but this hotel is kind of independant, they don't care about your status. Rooms are small, smell bad, tv is small, bathroom is old and small, etc etc etc. Don't talk about the beds, they are the worst i've experience for years... my back is still hurting because of the... We stayed in Best Western Ilisia hotel in Athens from 13.06.15 to 19.06.15. The hotel is centrally located and is 10-15 minutes walking distance from Syntagma Square. This is an old hotel and the facilities are basic but clean. The breakfast menu was limited and it was the same everyday. Although most of the reception staff were fine some of... More

The hotel is located in a safe suburb of Athens next to the Hilton. It is also not far away from the Metro Line 3 (Aghia Marina-Athens International Airport) and the X95 Airport bus that runs on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue. Close by are the National Gallery, War Museum, National Museum of Contemporary Art and the Megaro Moussikis – The Athens... More

A very comfortable hotel indeed. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We met the owner of the property (he is at the hotel on most mornings) and found him to be a very pleasant person indeed. The rooms are functionally complete and comfortable. The bathrooms are small and the shower cubicle may be a problem for large people. The... More

We visited Athens with my 12 years old daughter and we 've stayed at the hotel for a night. We had planned to visit all the attractions so we just spend few hours at the hotel , in order to rest. The room was clean and the stuff was friendly . The breakfast was basic , but quite good (... More

I traveled Europe for 15 days,10 Cities, 8 Hotels and this was the only hotel who charged me for the kids.Stayed in this hotel for 2 days and did not enjoy the stay.Very poor staff. Walkable distance to the metro, with few stops away from Syntagma Square,Acropolis,Panathenaic Stadium etc.

All in all the hotel is fine (I slept for two nights without major issues), but considering other hotels I stayed in Athens, I want to specify you can get more for the same price (e.g. hotel in the city centre). The room was fine and looked clean, however bed-sheets had a cigarette hole, which is not acceptable for any... More

Stayed here in October 2013 for 3 days & have no complaints. Free parking was a blessing, staff were courteous & friendly towards me. My room was clean & breakfasts were very filling to say the least. I look forward to staying here again this year.
