Great place to stay in the heart of Athens at Monastiraki square, with the Metro stop just mins away. However it does get extremely noisy outside at night. Fantastic restuarants can be found all with in easy walking distance to the hotel. A fantastic place to get your coffee is at Coffee island across the road. I have to say... More

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are all new and clean with plenty of space for two people. We picked one that faced the Acropolis and the square in front of the hotel. It was really noisy with the window open, but I wasn't bothered with it closed. I am a heavy sleeper though. Our breakfast was included and is... More

A great hotel in the middle of ancient Athens center. One minute to closest Metro-station. Apartment rooms very comfortable and big, with kitchenet and large WC/shower room. Clean and fresh decorated. A very trendy cafe/restaurant on the roof garden, popular all day long. Good that the hotel has a separate elevator for hotel guests. Friendly staff with the best sense... I can only really echo what others have said about this hotel already, in that in terms of location it is excellent being right on Monastiraki Square, but it does get noisy at night. Being in the square you are minutes from loads of restaurants, the main shopping street & still only a short walk from Plaka & the acropolis.... More

My visit to A for Athens was in December 31st for 1 night. Room was booked through booking.com. A few comments: - Heating in the room was not working and when I asked for the problem I received no clear feedback. Needless to say that 15 hours after heating system was still broken. - The hotel reception sent a person... More

Rooms were great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Extremely close to all the tourist sites and directly outside the metro. Breakfast was great as well. The only tip I could give them is that given the rooftop is open to public, the lobby does get crowded with people waiting to use the elevator which is annoying when you... More

Nice rooms, clean, most of the staff are friendly, location central and close to many important landmarks, metro station just across from the hotel. It gets really noisy though with African drumming, some of the staff not very accomodating especially in those serving breakfast, I asked for an omelet, and was politely declined. OK, but I think its a bit... More

At checkin in off season, we were told we were being upgraded, free, to a room with an Acropolis view. After experiencing it, we're amazed they charge extra for the room. It was small, and on the fifth floor, so right under the bar. It, too, has Acropolis views, and is popular late into the night. It's' also where breakfast... More

Double A for the petite A 4 A. Big room on the first floor. No view though but then we preferred noiseless lower floor to the more noisy upper floors due to a bar on top especially on weekends. View also was secondary as the only time we spend in the room was to crash into the comfortable beds. Also... More
