All is fine when you book and prior to arrival. Front desk staff were aloof to requests - then follow up emails land in a box entitled, "mailbox is full." My daughter and I stayed at the hotel from 27-30 October in a twin Executive room including breakfast and am delighted to say that it really lived up to expectations; and looked exactly like the one on the hotel website. The hotel has a very great location which is near the Plaka. I enjoy my stay while I was here, though the room is quite narrow. You might surprise by the lift, it's very small and hidden :D more

this hotel is located near acropolis, acropolis museum, temple of olympian zeus, hadrian arch etc. you can reach plaka by walk within 5 minutes. the hotel staff was nice and helpful but there was no electric pot in my room for make a cup of tea or instant noodle , the tap water was not hot enough to do so. more
