i stayed in the superior room on the 3rd flloor and had a wonderful time. the room was exceptional with chic detailing and lighting throughout. the ceiling print makes you feel like you are flying when you lie on the luxurious bed and look up. staff were very welcoming and the breakfast selection exceptional. Very nice and very "design" hotel at the center of Athens. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is also well located and you can walk from there to the nearest attractions (parliamant, Ermou street, etc.)

room was dusty and not cleaned up to the stantards for a 4 star hotel. bathroom freezing cold and bathroom door broken - no privacy at all. got a superior room which was ok but more attention to detail definitely needed, all fixtures and fittings are cheap and of poor quality. no turn-down service for us, although advertised. on the... Positives: Great staff - friendly, helpful and attentive; Very, very clean; Great breakfasts - best I've had in Athens, with really good quality ingredients - in fact, best morning "koulouri" we had and as for the smoked salmon...absolutely delectable! Also loved the decor in the room, especially the ceiling wall-paper that was an aerial photo of the area of Athens.... More

We stayed here for one night in the suite since they had a private jacuzzi. It was a little expensive but it was worth every penny . Especially on a cold winters evening what more would you want than a lovely, private outdoor jacuzzi with the view of Athens and a nice glass of champagne. Other than that the food... More

This hotel is one of the best minimal boutique hotels in athens!! Is very minimal with a nice concept from photos from parts of athens like you are in a submarine n you look over athens from a periscope!! Breakfast and generally everything is very good!!! Location is also ideal as in the heart of kolonaki!!! The only thing that... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's one of those compact, module type hotels that's good for one night. The ceiling is kind of claustrophobic once you're experiencing it. We thought the service was very good.

We stayed here as we wanted the penthouse room with the hot tub and it didn't disappoint! No it isn't in the tourist district but that's suited us we liked the walk each day and preferred the restaurants in the less touristy areas where it's more authentic. The hotel is surrounded by some really great bars and restaurants and we... More

Staying in Kolonaki / Lykavittos

Neighborhood Profile
Kolonaki / Lykavittos
By far the ritziest neighborhood in town, Kolonaki is home to most of the chic boutiques and designer label stores. Here, the wealthy say no to austerity by dressing in their finest and spending hours in the trendy cafés around Kolonaki Square, sipping the most expensive coffee in Europe. The area also contains a couple of notable museums and cultural institutions, which add to the air of nobility. The leafy upper reaches of Kolonaki transition into Lykavittos Hill, the highest point in central Athens. Climb the paths through its wooded slopes to the tiny chapel at the top, from where you are rewarded with stunning views across the Acropolis to the sea and even the mountains of the Peloponnese on a clear day. The wooden amphitheater up here hosts regular concerts during the summer.
