This is a self styled boutique hotel, which may explain the rather kitsch decorating style which seems to consist of oddly placed costume jewellery and voile. The basic infrastructure is starting to show it's age, and in places one can't be sure if one is in the early 21st century or the 1980s in a nightclub. The rooms are small...

I've stayed at this Hotel many times since the 1980's. It is not the fashionable place it used to be. But the rooms with the view of the Acropolis are still unbeatable for an experience of Athens. Nearby Kolonaki square is full of good restaurants. The hotel staff is very pleasant and trying to do their best to attend your...

I have visited Lycabettus quite a few times, most of them for business reasons, and each time it was getting better and better. Clean and tidy rooms with helpful service and great view to the Acropolis are the things that make this hotel fabulous. I suggest having a dinner at the Grand Balcon Restaurant. The view of the restaurant is...

Stayed for 19 nights. Room on 4th floor, although quite small was clean and well appointed and the bed was fantastic. Had a Balcony on the queiter side of the hotel and the view of the Acropolis from this and the roof top breakfast room was stunning. Certainly had a great calming effect while having breakfast chosen from a large...

We organised a conference on "Cultural Entrepreneurship". The cooperation with the responsibles and the employees of the hotel was perfect as far as they responded fast to all of our demands and they helped a lot with the organisation. The participants of the conference really liked the location as far as the hotel is situated just a few minutes walking...

We chose Saint George Lycabettus to host our guests for the Francophone Film Festival. We have been collaborating with them for years, as the staff is really helpful and polite and the hotel is at a walking distance from the French Institute of Athens.
Our guests were very pleased with the quality of their stay, as well as the great...

We stayed in this hotel for one night and it was perfectly acceptable. The breakfast upstairs was great and the view from the restaurant is unmatched!

On March 10th 2012 we held a dinner followed by a party at La Suite Lounge of the hotel. The staff went out of its way to organize the whole event while whenever advice and help was needed before and during the event, someone was always there to accomodate us. Experienced staff across the board, great food, excellent cocktails, on-the-spot...

The hotel is quite old and definitely not a 5-stars hotel.
The decoration is below average with many noted fixes and patches all around the small bedroom and bath. The bedroom was far away from the photos on their web site and the word “deluxe” as they describe their rooms.
The room was supposed to have a Lycabettus view, but...
