I used points and cash because i thought 200+ euro was kind of pricey. The pool was nice and the hotel itself was nice, but the food prices at the pool are absurd. We rented a car from Sixt at the lobby and drove to see Cape Sounion. We took a cab to Acropolis, about $5 euro, and 5 minutes.... More

This was the perfect place to start our 12 day cruise of the Mediterranean. The taxi brought us right from the airport and we felt at home right away. The hotel is modern and clean, just what you would expect from a Hilton property. The Parthenon and Acropolis were easily accessible via subway and a walking. Dinner at the hotel... More

The Hilton Athens is a typical Hilton construction: a bland-looking tall cement block. Although it does not blend in with its surroundings entirely (it over looks the Acropolis), it is "reassuringly Hilton" for those nervous travellers who want to know that their expectations will be met to a consistent measure. The service is efficient, kind and professional. The common areas... More

This my first trip to Athens and was a whistle stop 26hrs for one meeting. Hilton was recommended due to its location and whilst seemed very expensive compared to other hotels was selected. Check in was fine although staff were not over the moon to see you, the room is a little tired and quite basic but did have amazing... More

A hotel with the best view of the Acropolis from the roof top restaurant. Spent three nights at the property and enjoyed the rooms, pool and restaurants. Property is very pricey but offers great value. Breakfast prices are very high try alternatives. Dinner on the roof while pricey offers great food and fantastic views.

If you're a diamond member, arriving here is always perfection. Best pool in Athens, big rooms, decent food, good service, beautiful rooftop restaurant & great views. One of the top 3 places to stay in Athens, along with King George & Grande Bretagne.

Although Grande Bretagne may have more history, Hilton leads for enormous public spaces and great facilities with a huge pool and great views from top floors. A couple of niggles would be , how can they charge 20 euros for wifi in the rooms in 2014 and even worse how can they charge 1% commission on all card payments not... More

Exactly what to want and expect from a business hotel: functional rooms; immaculately maintained. Breakfast is OK. But perhaps the hotel lacks a bit of a vibe. Breakfast buffet is good. Front desk is helpful.
