Great hotel, classic in the sense of hospitality, quality, services etc etc. Not so classic in the sense of looks, it is a giant 60s-looking block of marble set in ancient Athens :-) However, just as I like it. Make sure to upgrade your room to one facing the "front", i.e towards the Acropolis. The rooms seem to be pretty... More

In keeping with the Olympics theme of Athens, the Hilton Athens earns the gold medal and it's place at the top of the podium. I've only stayed at Hilton Garden Inns and the lesser Doubletree brand of hotels within the Hilton umbrella so I didn't expect much when booking a stay at the Hilton Athens. However, I was pleasantly surprised... More

Great location for metro/airport access. Outstanding Executive Club and Club Staff. This was our second visit here. Great fitness center and friendly staff. We also liked the ability to rent from Stix rental car at the hotel and return it to the airport after our one week ex/Athens adventure.

There are quite of few elite hotels and this one ranks right up there. Newly renovated for the Olympics, this hotel is the best of the best. Service is impeccable. Lobby and entire hotel is beautiful. About a 20 minute walk from the tourist area and a taxi to beach makes the location the only slight drawback.

The Athens Hilton is the best hotel in Athens - which isn't too hard as the normal Greek hotel is rather spartan (I guess I know where that term came from.) All the normal Hilton things are available, and there are some great restaurants just around the corner - go out the front door, and turn right, and right at... More

Having read many reviews on trip advisor we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, located within 20mins walk from Kolonaki and Plaka it is ideally placed with great views of the whole of Athens - particularly the Acropolis if you get a room facing that way! The hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful - breakfast... More

Stayed for 3 nights in 2 interconnecting rooms on the executive floor. This was a great option with kids. It also facilitated free entry to the indoor pool, which i agree with other reviewers, should be free for all. We also benefited from the happy hour from 5-7 where snacks and drinks were served gratis, nice touch, particularly as the... More

I stayed in the Hilton Athens for four nights with my wife on the Hilton Honors Executive Floor 10. The breakfast and happy hour buffet on the HH floor was excellent. We enjoyed it very much. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to local attractions and we walked to everything which was easily an 20... More

I struggled with assigning an overall rating of "average" ... the room was immaculate, the bathroom beautiful, and the sleep quality terrific. Our room was very quiet. But frankly I was offended by what Hilton charges for EVERYthing. Wifi in the room? 20 euros per day. (C'mon, Hilton, get with the times and offer free WiFi in the rooms, not... More

Not the "Hilton" experience u would expect.. Noise from the people on the floor on top kept me awake all night.. Room service took about an hour until it arrived.. Nice breakfast.. Comfortable beds Ok for a one night stay not any longer in my opinion..
