Extremely pleasant hotel, not too big. Staff very friendly, helpful like Greeks are. Suites are rather spacious, comfortably luxurious, cosy. Rooms are allright. We stayed 3 nights here. Everything about this place is luxury and money. It's a beautiful property, though, one feels like one should be well-dressed in a suit or something. The Grande Bretagne is one of the best hotels in Athenes. The service though needs a lot of improvement. This being athenes this is expected from many estblishements but the Grande Bretagne is trying to be an international top hotel and to achieve that a lot nees to be improved.
