Location is the best that can be. Literally a minute from Constitution Square and Ermou Street (shopping), in walking distance from all the main Athens sights (Plaka, Monastiraki, Acropolis, National Garden), and with great access to transportation (metro, bus, trolley, tram, taxis). We booked the suite with a large terrace, jacuzzi, view of the Acropolis, etc I will agree with what another post indicated. The Outdoor Terrace is simply the roof.
