I dont know where to start. The room is tiny can hardly fit my suitcases, it didn't have a safe box we had to ask twice. The pillows and bed is like a rock and it has no kettle to make tea and coffee. We went upstairs to roof top where they have a coffee machine and where they could make us tea but wouldnt but could sell us alcohol. The TV didn't work and on the second day no hot water for shower. Please don't be fooled by these good reviews as we were. I havent slept for 2 nights now and feel like crying.when you go up to roof top to have breakfast which is very basic very uncomfortable no air con and no air flow.Sockets are loose off of the wall. It is like a cabin room on a cruise ship but smaller don't be fooled by the pictures. Please don't waist your money.

My sister and I found this hotel by accident, and it turned out to be an amazing find. The hotel was lovely and clean, with a wonderful breakfast each morning, and Anna and Zoe who each worked at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was walkable to all parts of the city, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Overnight here in transit. Staff were very welcoming but the room was VERY small. The lift barely took two people. The room was clean and the view from the balcony - metropolitan. Situated at the top of a very steep hill, so a stroll down the street was taxing. Not many amenities nearby for meals, laundry or supermarket access. Breakfast room did have views of the Parthenon in the distance across rooftops. Disappointed.

Visited this hotel with my family. Our room had a balcony which our 6 year old fell off because the hotel balcony was missing a full sheet of glass. There was nothing blocking off the balcony or warnings. Hotel did nothing. Our son broke several bones but is ok considering he fell from the second story. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF STAYING HERE

Just recently stayed at the lovely hotel. On arrival, we were disappointed with our room due to size and my mistake for not having booked twin beds. The staff was amazing and moved us to a premium room at no extra charge. The location is central for exploring Athens, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. During our visit and whole out exploring, my friend had suffered from some bites that became infected. The hotel staff member named Lydia personally took my friend to the hospital to get some treatment. On top of this, she got her husband to drive us there. All of the staff are amazing, but especially Lydia!!!

The Acropolis Ami Boutique Hotel is a beautiful small hotel located about a 15min walk from the Acropolis and Plaka. If you would rather use public transport is is one stop on the metro so only takes about 10minutes from the hotel. Some rooms have balconies (ours did) with views of the Acropolis which is amazing. All the staff were friendly and supportive most especially Anna who was absolutely wonderful and George who was so helpful to use one evening. The hotel is tucked away from busy streets so is a little gem in a busy city . I would highly recommend for location and wonderful staff.

We arrived and were greeted immediately by Anna at the front desk. The travel company we used had made an error in our reservation and she quickly resolved it. We were there five nights and found everyone to be friendly and helpful. We are both older and have a few mobility issues. They made it easy to get in/out of taxis and up the few steps to enter the hotel. The hotel is clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast tasty. The service staff, efficient and hard working. We loved our stay, mainly because of the staff. The hotel is hidden on a steep, narrow street, but still very close to many things, including the Acropolis.

Hotel was very poor quality. The rooms are small and many things don’t work or are poorly designed. The walls are very thin you can hear noise/talking at all hours of the night. Breakfast quality of food was very poor/inedible and was in the middle of the lobby not with a roof top view of acropolis as advertised. The pictures are false advertisement to say the least. No rooftop access whatsoever and some rooms with “views” are obstructed by buildings like the one I stayed at. Neighborhood and surrounding area to the hotel were not very nice and seemed unsafe. Cab option from the hotel is more expensive than requesting a cab via Uber. Overall would not recommend.

Premium room is a disaster, it is next to the front office, there is no chance to relax or to a sleep, you hear each phone ring, each words of the guest and all noises of the street. Staff ok and friendly but it doesn’t replace the rest. Not recommended.
