extremely small rooms. i would not rate it 3 stars. elevator holds only two people. 6th floor overlooks city and the Acropolis but not a running bar. breakfast inadequate. cold cuts not good. hot food with sunny side eggs fair. hotel staff friendly and helpful. there is no two beds. only one bed. when we need two beds, they just... Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband in April. We had room 303 which although quite small, it had the most fantastic large balcony with a great view of the Acropolis. Very comfy bed, fridge, safe, small shower, everything you need. 15 minute walk to the Acropolis and Plaka area, close to a tram stop, 2 stops to Syntagma... More

Two of us spent one night at the hotel in April. It's a lovely European style hotel with more pluses than negatives. The pluses were nice rooms, good beds, friendly staff, very very good breakfast, and great views from the top floor bar area. If you are looking for the Holiday Inn this is not the place. The two negatives were... More

This small hotel had very friendly and helpful staff.  The hotel is charming and very clean. Rooms were smallish but very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very tiny with a small shower  stall. Beds were comfy and had two pillows each, one soft and one hard. The surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. The rooftop terrace has incredible views of the... More

Highly recommended. Stayed there for 2 nights. Very clean rooms. Perfect location only 10 min walk to the Acropolis. Lovely staff - offering to order cabs and provide plates and help microwave some leftovers we had from dinner outside! Flatscreen TVs. View of the Acropolis from our balcony. Disappointed that the upstairs bar wasn't yet open for summer but plenty... More

We stayed two days in Athens before going to Santorini. This hotel is not fancy, but it is perfect for people who want to walk to the Parthenon and other main sights and not spend a lot of money. Most rooms have balconies with views of Parthenon-- gorgeous. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We slept... More

We stayed for two nights at Acropolis Ami, and had a wonderful stay. It was very far away from where we got off the bus (we had traveled from Bari to Patras on Superfast Ferries and then by bus from Patras to Athens), but it is very centrally located for attractions. After our epic ferry journey we were EXHAUSTED so... More

This is a good hotel for the reasonably energetic who don't want frills. It's in a hilly district below the Acropolis, five minutes walk from a metro stop that connects to the airport line. It's in a very small street, and taxi drivers don't know it (mine conferred with several others, none of whom knew it), so print out a... More

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and then another night a week later. We had paid for four nights originally, but decided to leave a day early to tour the Peloponnese. On the way back to Athens we decided to stay another night and the hotel let us use the day we had given up - very nice... More

Booked this hotel at last minute for a 3 night stay in wonderful Athens! What a view from my balcony! Clean, quiet & about a 20-30 minute walk to the Acropolis! Staff very friendly and helpful! I can't wait to go back! Breakfast was simple with plenty of 'real coffee'. I would recommend very highly! Opening my curtains in the... More
