we had such a fabulous time here we stayed an extra three nights and will be back next month. This will be our island retreat for the future. Exceptionally well located on the beach (we had beach front bungalow), good restaurants very nearby (we particularly liked the one to the right of the resort), beautiful pool and although smaller than... I can understand why the reviews for Samui Honey Cottages seem so bi-polar. I was slightly concerned before we got there because of the reviews here, but it was our most cost effective option as I had to be in Cheong Mon to participate in the Wat Po Massage course at the Apple's Spa for a week. I had originally... More

Honey cottages are really lovely and some of the cottages are right on the beach, Sumturng the owner is very accommodating and is always keen to entertain you when you're there. His staff are well trained and very helpful. Siriwan is his sister who is the chef at honey restaurant right on the beach in the sand and wow can... More

We had seen the cottages in 2010 when we were staying at the boathouse. We booked a deluxe room and upon arrival we were escorted to "the shack" it was nothing like the one my husband had been shown back in 2010 but the previous reviews describe it perfectly! The patio door screeched as we tried to open it and... More

We stayed at Samui Honey for two weeks in March... As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a refreshing drink... As we sat down near the pool we realised that we have discovered paradise... The location is one of the best on the island. We stayed in a beach cottage and it was comfortable although the... More

Fully agree with review on 23rd Feb. We booked and paid for 18 days in September. On arrival was met by a very unhelpful receptionist. No record or room allocated to us. After a phone call to Sawadee who we booked it through (No fault of Sawadee) we were given room 26. Had to go past an old oil drum... More

Enjoyed our stay here , Lovely beach but rather rocky in places, suggest you take beach shoes with you. Lovely places to eat along the street in the small village. Bar prices here are rather expensive.

Samui Honey made our trip to Koh Samui so amazing that we called up and came back for an extra 2 nights after we had left. The staff were lovely, the location was perfect and the pool and resort grounds were beautiful. It was hard to decide whether to spend our time along the beach, by the pool with its... More

We checked in here and stayed 30 minutes at the most. The deluxe beach front bungalow I booked was in fact a wooden shack with a very hard bed and the fixtures and fittings left a lot to be desired. Everything was very worn and tired, including the ripped bed linen and gap between the floor boards and the ground.... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my daughter and a 2 year old and a 3 year old. We had the family room near the office which was a 2 room cottage. Plenty for us. Not very safe for little ones as there are stepping stones over water every where and we did have a couple of falls, but... More
