The best measure of the quality of an establishment is the way they respond to problems or unusua requests. Reception staff heped us find a friend who was unexpectedly hospitalised. The housekeeping staff promptly despached a nornet nest that was just being built on our balcony. Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms with plenty of space to put all my 'stuff'.

Stayed in the boathouse for 3 nights 4 days, the check in was very lengthy and the staff was not very helpful, it seemed they just didn't want to deal with another guest checking in. you could clearly see that they did not want to be there.
